Brand new luxury villa in an exclusive residential location!
5 bedrooms, 5 ensuite bathrooms, luxurious house with all the comfort and space for 10 people. This amazing brand new villa has capacity for 10 guests. The interior of the house is spacious and modern, it exudes sophisticated elegance. The large sofa in the sitting room offers seating for all guests, in the dining room you can find a table with 10 chairs, outdoor dining is possible on the covered terrace for 10 people.
If you prefer to relax outside, there is a large heated swimming pool where you can take a dip at any time of the day. Sun loungers are plenty on the large terraces. The kids can play in the beautiful gardens of the house, while you can prepare your BBQ in the outdoor lounge.
All bedrooms have great views of the pool or of the lighthouse and the ocean.
The quiet and exclusive residential area of Clube Atlantico offers the best of both worlds; a peaceful and quiet area but only minutes from Carvoeiro, shops, restaurants, bars and discos. Carvoeiro offers a wide range of leisure and sporting activities with golf courses, a tennis club with 12 outdoor tennis courts, a riding center and water sports.
Everything in this villa has high quality. You can relax and enjoy the wireless Sonos sound system, satellite TV and free WIFI. There is security in the resort of Clube Atlantico.

An amazing property and exceptional hosts , the villa is very well equipped and perfect for groups large or small , the area is beautiful with many restaurants a short distance away , in all a Perfect retreat , so quiet and away from the road , fantastic views of the sea from the ground floor and bedrooms , a credit to the hosts. Thank you for the opportunity to visit .

The villa is beautifully presented . It exceeded our expectations. Our host was amazing responding to any questions and on check in went through everything about the Villa . The villa has everything you need and more. It caters for all . It’s so clean .A great space for families and large groups . Great sea views and close to a small beach . It’s within walking distance to a few restaurants and small supermarket . It’s around a 5 min taxi / car ride to the local town. We used uber eats to get all the supermarket essentials . We didn’t want to leave .

Had a wonder holiday at this villa with a group of 10 of us. Plenty of space for everyone. It was ann amazing, beautiful, clean villa and a great location (only a short taxi to the town). The location is also perfect for walks around the cliffs and to the beach. The black out shutters were a plus for the kids. The host was great to deal with beforehand for any questions we had. Cleaners/pool cleaners came in twice a week. Will highly recommend here!

The property was well situated. Beach in walking distance, water park ok if you had a car. We used uber a lot which was very efficient. The property was modern. Swimming pool needed some attention re tiles. Cleaning ladies twice during the week was excellent . One restaurant 5 min walk and was excellent. I would recommend

A wonderful stay as always ! The house is a dream!

From the minute you meet Estrela at the door to the minute you leave- this villa is just magical. It has alll the ammenities you could ever want / need. We regularly travel with our 2 daughters across all of Europe & in Villas too but this villa is our favourite ! The location is wonderful, everything is 5*! Wonderful memories made again! Can’t wait to return!

Lovely spacious villa with all the mod cons.

We had a lovely time at Villa Manuti. We were welcomed by housekeeping with a tour of the villa and a few little treats. The villa is very well equipped and each bedroom is very spacious and clean. The outdoor area is superb with great views of the sea. I would definitely recommend to anyone with a large family or a group of friends.

A treasure in the Algarve!

Overall experience was wonderful. The host and property managers were exceptional in their professionalism and caring approach. The location and property are lovely with all the amenities at hand. A truly beautiful location. Highly recommended. Two weeks was definitely not enough.

Fabulous week at Villa Manouti

We loved everything about this property. The home was modern and spacious, the view was spectacular and the outdoor area and pool exceeded our expectations. Estrella was warm and helpful. The book provided by the hosts was full of good advice and suggestions. We would highly recommend this property and will return for another visit.

Fantastic home !!! Great location, quiet area within the nicest little town of Carvoeiro. Walking distance to beaches with great views!! .We were 8 adults and had the BEST TIME ! Villa Manouti

Very nice villa with lovely outdoor space. All household essentials were provided and the cleaning/gardening staff were efficient / unobtrusive. Car hire recommended as the villa is not within walking distance of the town, although taxi fare ranged between 6 and 8 euros each way. Perfect villa for total relaxation.

Beautifully presented modern 5 star villa

We booked 3 days prior to arrival due to current covid restrictions but all communications were efficiently and professionally dealt with dick and Ilse. Like wise Estrela who manages the property was on hand to answer any questions on arrival and spent time explaining the features in detail. We were made to feel very welcome by both the owners and the property manager.
