The location and the property are perfect. Very comfortable and functional, one of the best properties we have stayed in. Only one minor complaint is that it took a couple of days of open windows and air fresheners to rid the apartment of the cigarette smoke odor.

Excellent apartment in Marais

Mu family and I very much enjoyed this apartment (husband, teen and me). It is very well located and has everything you need. The host was very helpful and easy to deal with. I strongly recommend this apartment.

Marais apartment

The apartment met our requirements - an elevator and walk in shower - but it was not the apartment we had chosen. Comfort in the living room is important to us and the arrangement and sofas did not meet our needs and were not what we would have chosen. Also, the person we dealt with spoke NO English and we had a hard time communicating. But the neighborhood was ideal and lovely.

The perfect Paris apartment

Everything about this place is ideal. The location is perfect, within walking distance of everything the Marais offers. The building is quiet, in a pedestrian-only courtyard building that includes the most perfect little rose garden behind it. And the apartment is gracious and elegant, with literally everything you need for a Paris vacation. We can’t wait to return. Thank you!

Well located apartment with everything you need!

We stayed for 2 weeks as a family of 4 (two primary school aged children). This apartment is well located for both metro and buses and there are a lot of food stores and restaurants in walking distance. The apartment was extremely well stocked with everything we required - including a washer and dryer and full kitchen.

Absolutely fabulous! You will not be disappointed

Wow, what a magnificent apartment! My husband and I travel a lot and always stay at apartments. We rented this flat for 10 nights and I was sorry that we couldn’t stay longer. Everything was so comfortable, from the cozy bed to the living room sofa and lovely dining room. So tastefully decorated. This flat is simply gorgeous. So often the pictures are misleading, and the furniture ends up being tiny and very low to the ground. Not so at this beautiful place, even the view was perfect. But the best part was how welcomed we felt. Our host left us a fabulous bottle of wine as well as snacks, which was greatly appreciated after our long flight. All the other apartments we have rented have included a few supplies, some paper products, some amount of soap. But Claudine has her apartment fully stocked with coffee, many types of tea, water bottles and other drinks in the refrigerator and a plethora of soap products to choose from! Plenty of towels and would you believe yoga mats! We had the most peaceful and relaxing time. Thank you, Claudine, for your generosity and kindness. We will be back next year!

Séjour parfait!

Nous avons séjourné dans cet appartement pendant les JO de Paris et tout était parfait. Très bel appartement dans un quartier tranquille, près du métro, des supermarchés et des restaurants. Malgré notre retard de plusieurs heures à l’arrivée dû à l’annulation de notre train, nous avons été accueillis très chaleureusement par Diana et Serge, qui ont pris le temps de tout nous expliquer. Merci beaucoup !

A Paris Experience

Ideal home

Chris and Claudie have created a lovely and very functional apartment. There is lots of room in which to move around, many places to store your things, and choices about where to sit and/or rest when you are not out enjoying the city. Chris and Claudie have also stocked the apartment with all the things you need to settle in: paper products, coffee and tea, sugar, salt and pepper and a number of other small food items and water. We were also pleased to find the gift of a bottle of nice French wine. We were pleased to find a comfortable bed. The apartment decor was a pleasure with a variety of paintings, sculpture and photographs, and many interesting books and magazines. The neighborhood is residential and feels very safe and quiet. Several markets, a couple of boulangeries, and a specialty food store are all within close walking distance as are two different Metro lines. There are also many choices for eating out in every direction away from the apartment. We would choose this apartment again. It enhanced our nine-day visit to Paris.

This is a beautifully furnished and very well equipped apartment. The location is wonderful.

This apartment is decorated in beautiful taste. It is sparkling clean and very comfortable. The owners make sure you are comfortable and have everything you need for your stay. The area is full of wonderful neighborhood restaurants and great private shops. Highly recommended!

Delightful Experience!

Beautiful, well designed apartment that is well equipped and centrally located in the heart of Le Marais. The neighborhood is very quiet and the apartment building is extremely secure. There is a beautiful park and rose garden just outside of the door. The kitchen is fully equipped and had all basic supplies that you need, including a few delightful treats! It was a joy to cook in the kitchen and we made full breakfasts and even a dinner or two.. Lots of space for two adults to work comfortably. Excellent shopping is only 5 minutes away including a short walk to Place des Vosges as well as many fine neighborhood restaurants - we highly recommend Le Petite Marche! . Centrally located near two metro stops and a bus stop made sightseeing easy and efficient... A great place to stay for a week or even a few months - You will not be disappointed!.. .
