As noted in the listing, the property is located in the heart of a historic marina. While this unique setting offers guests a one-of-a-kind lakeside experience, it does come with some activity and sounds from the marina operations, particularly during peak boating hours. We also want to clarify that while the home does not have private lake access, we do our best to connect guests with everything the area has to offer. The Outdoor and Sports Recreation page on our listing highlights nearby options for rentals and activities—including kayaks, canoes, paddleboards, boats, bikes, skiing, golf, and more. There are several local companies just minutes away that provide these services.
