Style and Peaceful Privacy in Southampton Bordered by a 9.5 acre conservation reserve and hidden down a 125 ft flag driveway, this home offers incredible quiet and privacy. The original home has been improved and expanded inside and out with a salt water pool, outdoor shower and beautiful gardens. The living/dining area with fireplace, original wood floors and french doors to pation are the pivotal point on the main floor that also features a large den plus a chef's kitchen with double dishwashers, double refrigerator, icemaker and efficient layout. The main floor also has the master bedroom ensuite bath with a private outdoor shower plus two guest bedrooms that share a bath. The lower level features a small sitting room, two additional ensuite bedrooms - one with a private garden area, a large laundry room and a home gym with an elliptical machine and weights. Outside enjoy the salt water pool with a seating ledge, outdoor mahogany deck room for dining and seating, full bar , rose covered pergola patio, seating area and more dining. Truly a great house for entertaining or enjoying all on your own.

Great stay

Kirk was super helpful and gracious. His home is in a quiet spot, beautiful pool and grounds. Would definitely stay at Kirk’s home again.

Kirk’s property is incredible. Pictures do not do it justice. I wish we could have stayed longer. Kirk was a great host with quick communication. He made sure we had everything we needed for our stay. I highly recommend booking and hope stay again one day.

Lovely home; gracious host

We had a lovely 3 days over Thanksgiving. Kirk could not be more attentive and gracious. Kitchen is well stocked. The sunroom was a nice cozy space for us to hang out. Thank you!

Cozy new years weekend

I can’t imagine there is a kinder and more efficient host than Kirk! We had the most amazing stay. The house is gorgeous and cozy, up a private driveway. We had a couple of mishaps and Kirk was incredibly understanding and patient with us. It was easily the best house rental experience I’ve had. Will definitely be back.

The backyard was nicely landscaped. Some of the outside furniture and awning was moldy. The pool was clean and pleasant, but not heated. You could not pull up to the house in your car, but had to navigate a slate pathway from the parking area to the house. The kitchen was well appointed, but did not have a freezer. (We learned from the host that the freezer was in the basement.) The dishes and silverware were adequate. Having two dishwashers was a benefit. The primary bedroom had a sink and a shower (without an enclosure) in one space, but the toilet was in a separate space across the room with no sink. The bedroom had no closet. The two other bedrooms on the first floor shared a separate bathroom. The other two bedrooms were in the basement, with a steep stairway lined with a water-stained carpet. On our last full day in the house, the air conditioner seized up, causing a water leak onto the stairway and filling the light fixture over the stairs with water. We latrer learned that a similar water leak had taken place a few weeks before our arrival. Our host took very quick action to address the a/c water leak, but there was little that could be done other than to get a repair person to come to the house (which the host did). The host was very accessible, and was concerned that the a/c problem was addressed as quickly and as much as could be done under the circumstances. (Because of the a/c seizure, we were advised to keep the a/c off our final day and night in the house.)

the worst and most difficult guests I have ever had. I would never invite back. They were demanding and could not find bathrooms that were there. Very disappointed. I gave them a credit and they still complained. Yuck

Private, super lovely comfort in Southampton

To begin with, Kirk is a FANTASTIC host. Responsive, welcoming, warm and extremely helpful. The house is stellar. Cozy but spacious, beautifully furnished, and the garden, patio, pool area are just divine. The highlight of the house is the kitchen- if you love to cook, you will LOVE this kitchen which is fully stocked and has a massive fridge and stove plus two dishwashers. Beds are all very comfortable and bedding is yummy. We had such a good time and hated to leave. If I could give the house 10 stars I would!

The property was gorgeous with comfortable sleeping accommodations for our group of 10 60 lifelong friends, well-stocked cookware, chef's range and refrigerator. We had a couple of glitches but the host worked very hard to make sure all was taken care of quickly. There was plenty of room for us to sit around and talk, to play cards, and a large picnic table where we had all our meals. The walk to the water was lovely, and it was an easy drive into Southampton, the beach, and close to Montauk and other points of interest in the Hamptons. Another memorable "girls' trip" on the books!

Kirk’s house was beautiful, and a perfect home base for a Southampton Wedding! The property is gorgeous and so relaxing, Kirk is very accessible via text, and check-in was a breeze! Thanks for a lovely weekend!

Such a lovely host

The property and house are beautiful. Although we had terrible weather we enjoyed our stay very much. Kurt couldn’t have been more helpful and I would recommend this property. Everything was well stocked and equipped and the fact that we were able to bring our dog was a real plus. She too loved her stay.

Great outdoor space

Owner accommodating, beautiful outdoor space and we were lucky with the weather in early spring. Den was a great hangout spot as we prepared dinner.

Everything about this house is beautiful - from the pool, kitchen, bedrooms, etc. great location. Amazing host. Kirk went above and beyond for us and we could not be more appreciative of him. Thanks for making this experience the best! Would highly recommend.
