We had the perfect stay!! David was so communicative, beginning to end. We had a tiny, very resolvable issue with the A/C, which he had fixed within minutes. The condo fit our family of 4 perfectly. You also cannot beat this location. We enjoyed being steps from the beach, the pool (which was never crowded), walking to dinner every night, and enjoying a lot of time on the balcony. We will definitely be back. Thank you, David!!

The BEST!

We absolutely loved everything about our stay at this beautiful condo! The view is exactly as shown in the photos, and so lovely to walk across to the beach, with the loungers and umbrellas available every day! The pool was great - not crowded at all. Gated ample parking was a bonus. We also loved that there are some great places to eat within walking distance. David, the owner was always available and helpful with any questions we had. We WILL be back!

Amazing Spot and Amazing Host

This was the perfect spot for our family getaway. The unit was clean, comfortable and the perfect location. David, the owner, made sure everything was perfect throughout the process and was ready to assist us during our stay with anything we needed. We will definitely be returning!

Holiday Weekend Getaway

We have found our ultimate holiday weekend getaway destination. This will be the second time in the same year that we have stayed in Dave's condo while visiting Deerfield Beach, FL and we love it. We absolutely lucked out in finding Dave and his condo. The location and accommodations are absolutely perfect.

We had an awesome time. David communicated fully and this property was exactly as pictured and described. The beds were so comfortable, the condo immaculate and the view was unbelievable. It was a dream week and we hope to do it again.

Beautiful views

Perfect location, awesome beautiful views, plenty of restaurants to walk to. Our host David is the perfect host, had every essentials in the condo, best perks were the included parking & beach pass during our stay. The condo was cozy, comfortable & relaxing. Definitely will return again.

Great communication with owner David from beginning to end. Great location, close to Deerfield Beach and surrounding areas. Walking distance to bars and restaurants. Clean and comfortable condo with all amenities. Would definitelyrent again..

A Perfect Getaway!

The condo is clean, comfortable and nicely decorated with amazing balcony views of the ocean and a less than 5 minute walk to restaurants and shopping. The beach chair service and on-site gated parking were huge perks and made our week stress-free! The owner, David, thought of every last detail and was always reachable before and during our stay. We couldn't have asked for a better place to spend our beach vacation!

Relaxing

We had an amazing time here. Everything we wanted for our getaway vacation. Perfect unit directly across from Deerfield Beach, Chairs and Umbrella set up for us, plenty of places to eat within walking distance. Davids unit was exactly as described and he was available at all times to assist us if needed.

This is the perfect Florida beach vacation rental

My husband and I stayed here for a week and it was exactly what we hoped for. The location was absolutely perfect and we loved just walking across to the beach, plus not having to deal with carrying beach chairs or umbrellas which was such a nice touch. Walk-able restaurants choices were great and we loved walking on the pier. The rental had everything we needed and was super-clean - even the laundry room (on the same floor) was fantastic! The beds were super-comfy. But the view - we absolutely loved the view! Stop looking and just book this rental. It's AMAZING!
