Sunrise Shores Cabin #2 Lake Front with a POOL!!

Thanks for your review. It seems like you may have found a low cost economy lake front pet friendly cabin with private docks and pools, and expected something much more. The pictures and descriptions are exactly what we offer. These are not Stainless Steel / Granite Counter Top luxury Resort Cabins. You may consider something like an All Inclusive Resort with Room Service for your next trip. Safe Travels!

Thanks for your review. The water you mention on the sidewalk was condensation from the air conditioner running across the moss from the tree outside. This happens in July when it runs hard all day. I don't understand your comment about the dock as there are several boats using it and appear to be very happy with the facilities unless you happened to wander down to a neighbors dock by mistake?

Thanks for your thoughtful review. Being fair, its important to remember these are vacation cabins on the Lake backed up by woods. It was cleaned on the morning of your arrival. If you saw a cobweb, our sincerely apologizes. We don't have the ability to deep clean between every stay as we do allow turn over on the same day. To say the cabin was dirty is unfair. Given the opportunity, housekeeping would have been there quickly to address any concerns had you reached out. We didn't hear anything until this review. Addressing your concern about cloths storage, each room has a mini dresser with drawers. I'm not sure what to expect from a small cabin for the weekend. Too Big-complain. Too Small-complain. Your comment is subjective. As stated in the procedures, Check In starts at 4pm. We do allow turn over on the same day so we do need the time between to get the property ready for the next arrival. Check In DOES NOT END at 5pm. Our Office closes at 5pm. As stated in the procedure, we do have LATE CHECK IN PROCEDURES available if you plan to be late. There is not a one hour window your review suggests. Each cabin is left with the toilet paper on the roll AND an additional full roll inside the vanity. We provide set ups as stated in the procedures. Lastly, to be fair, the Manager was onsite within 12 minutes after receiving your phone call about being locked out. In the Ozarks, 12 minutes is pretty good timing and yes, its as soon as he could get there. We wish you safe travels.
