Built between the pedestrian street and the Arve river, the residence enjoys a particularly privileged and quiet location: you will not hear any vehicle moving while being in the very center of Chamonix!
The apartment also has a small garden and a balcony on the 1st floor with a clear view of the Brévent massif.

5 minutes on foot: central SNCF station in Chamonix and bus station for shuttles connecting in particular Geneva
4 minutes on foot: ski lifts for the Aiguille du Midi and the Brévent

Very bright, it is fully covered with oak parquet floors and equipped with the utmost care to make you feel even better than at home: large flat screen satellite TV with home cinema in the living room, large flat screen TV in all bedrooms , wifi, over-equipped kitchen, washer-dryer, 2 bathrooms with large Italian shower, high-end hotel bedding, private underground parking, large private cellar that can store your skis, bikes or other equipment

5. A completely modular apartment according to your needs
In each of the 3 bedrooms, 2 sleeping configurations are possible: large king-size bed (180 * 200 cm) or 2 single beds (90 * 200 cm).
It is also possible to add a cot in the bedrooms.

6. The comfort of an all-inclusive service
Like the hotel but with the added comfort and space!
Our apartment is managed by an agency that takes care of everything to make you enjoy your stay 100%: linens provided, beds made on arrival, cleaning at the end of the stay, and assistance throughout the stay in case of problem.
Everything is already included in our rental rates.
In addition, you can benefit from a whole catalog of optional services provided by the agency such as booking ski passes, airport shuttles, delivering breakfasts, purchasing food shopping before your arrival, etc.

Description of the apartment, room by room:

GROUND FLOOR

The wide entrance is fitted with a mirror, a coat rack and a large closet, in which a washing machine (washer / dryer) is available.

The open and spacious living room has a WIFI system and a home cinema TV with satellite channels (French + foreign). It is equipped with a large corner sofa. The dining table can seat 6 people very comfortably for good convivial dinners. A French window opens onto the garden which also offers a dining area with a view of the Brévent massif. Two other windows provide great brightness throughout the living room.

The kitchen, open to the living room, is equipped with as many appliances as possible: large fridge with freezer, oven, microwave, ceramic hob with extractor, dishwasher, and numerous small household appliances for you provide undeniable comfort (coffee machine, Nespresso machine, toaster, blender, juicer, kettle, raclette machine, fondue machine, etc.). It is completed with very complete quality dishes (wine glasses, aperitif glasses, champagne glasses, ...)

A large bedroom is furnished with a double king-size bed (180 * 200 cm) which can be converted into 2 large single beds (90 * 200 cm), a large TV with flat screen, a very large cupboard and a window with a view of the Brévent massif and the pedestrian street 30 meters away. It can also easily accommodate a baby bed if necessary.

A bathroom offers a large walk-in shower with hydromassage jets, a large sink with a large mirror, a toilet, a heated towel rack and an electric hairdryer. It also has a large window with lots of light.


ON THE 1st FLOOR

A natural wooden staircase leads to the 1st floor where there are 2 bedrooms and a bathroom.

The large bedroom is furnished with a king-size double bed (180 * 200 cm) which can be converted into 2 large single beds (90 * 200 cm), a large TV with flat screen, a console in oak, a very large closet and a French window leading to a small balcony equipped with a table and chairs with a view of the Brévent massif and the pedestrian street 30 meters away. It can also easily accommodate a baby bed if necessary.

The small bedroom is also modular and can be equipped with a king-size double bed (180 * 200 cm) which can be converted into 2 large single beds (90 * 200 cm), a large TV with flat screen, a large closet and a window with a view of the Brévent massif and the pedestrian street 30 meters away.

The bathroom has a large walk-in shower with hydro massage jets, a large sink with a large mirror, a toilet, a heated towel rack and an electric hairdryer.

Winter Holiday Family Vacation

Perfect location!

This property is located in the heart of Chamonix. Directions to enter the apartment were written clearly and communication with the property owner was quick, polite and productive. The unit is priced approximately too. Something frequent travelers like ourselves very much appreciate. The unit is stocked with all the appropriate amenities and walkable to the city center. Grocery store and restaurant extremely close. Thank you.

Séjour globalement satisfaisant et propriétaire très réactif. Appartement propre, spacieux. Le seul souci est un inconvénient lié à son principal avantage : l'appartement est situé en plein cœur de la ville, en limite de zone piétonne. Localisation très optimale pour nos activités mais quartier extrêmement bruyant jusqu'à au moins 1h du matin. Quasiment impossible de bien dormir avant que les terrasses des bars proches ne ferment.

Spacious apartment in the heart of Chamonix

We found the apartment to be very nice with a lovely living room with plenty of space to enjoy, the beds were super comfy and modern large bathrooms were a treat. There is some exterior construction currently and scaffolding around the exterior, but for our short stay, it didn't bother us. The location is right off the main street that goes through the center of Chamonix. We highly recommend this apartment and will come back to enjoy again.

Lejligheden var rummelig, velholdt og velindrettet. Beliggenheden var perfekt, få skridt fra byens hovedgade og indkøb af dagligvarer. Det eneste vi manglede, var udsigt til naturen, da lejlighedens nederste etage ligger delvist i kælderen.

We enjoyed our stay. Was very clean, quiet , spacious, well equipped and comfortable. Host was there for greetings and and questions/needs we had. Excellent location, close to everything, except skiing is a drive, shuttle bus or long walk. That's more a resort issue. Be ready to move a lot around Chamonix for the skiing.

Beautiful accommodations and great location!

We very much enjoyed our stay in this duplex in Chamonix. This is our third time to Chamonix, and we all agreed that this was our favorite place to stay. The duplex is beautiful, new, clean and spacious and the owner was so accommodating. Superb location just steps from the main street and the stores and restaurants. We would definitely recommend this place to friends and can't wait to stay here again!

Une perle rare en plein centre de Chamonix !

Nous étions 4 adultes et 2 enfants et avons été vraiment enchantés par notre séjour dans cet appartement ! L’appartement est tout neuf dans une résidence de grand standing, spacieux pour 6 personnes, propre et très confortable (literie haut de gamme, douches italiennes, grands placards en bois, magnifique parquet en chêne, petit jardin,…) avec un excellent niveau d’équipement (cuisine sur-équipée, grande TV plate dans chaque pièce, lave linge séchant,…). Il est idéalement situé en plein centre de Chamonix avec l'avantage d'être un peu en retrait de la rue principale, donc très calme. Le parking souterrain privatif est vraiment pratique sachant qu'en pleine saison à Chamonix, le stationnement est très compliqué. La grande cave privative qui nous a permis de ranger nos vélos et tout notre matériel de randonnée est aussi un atout non négligeable. Nous avons enfin beaucoup apprécié la gentillesse et l'attention du propriétaire et de l’agence, qui ont bien veillé à ce que notre séjour se déroule bien et sans soucis. La description de cet appartement correspond totalement à la réalité. Je le recommande sans aucune hésitation!

Perfect apartment in the best location !

We stayed 1 week here and enjoyed the apartment very much. It is perfectly located right in the heart of Chamonix and close to all those important places for living, groceries, bakery, shopping, etc. and also within easy walking distance of the main bus transfers. The position was so good we never used the car once during our stay, even though it features a very convenient private indoor parking. The apartment itself is great with everything you would expect for a loveable stay. Spacious (ideal for the 6 of us), high quality (beds and showers were fantastic !), very clean, fully equipped kitchen should you want to cater for yourselves, large private cellar where we parked our mountain bikes and even a small garden, which is rare in the very heart of Chamonix ! The owner and agent were most helpful and check-in/out arrangements were very professional. Chamonix is an excellent location with plenty of restaurants, superb hiking trails & also good transport links if you finish your walk further down the valley. Thank you for a lovely stay.
