This one level cottage has a terrace, garden with a playground, grill, fully equipped kitchen with a spacious living room, 3 cozy bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms, an indoor fireplace, WIFI and freshly ground COFFEE every morning.
Free parking on the property comfortably holds 2 cars.
The property is located close to the forest so fresh air and bird singing is guaranteed:)
5 min. driving distance to Dubkalni lake and river Daugava beaches, hiking or biking trails, restaurant, fitness center, SUP and boat rent, volleyball field. 5 min. walking distance to grocery shops, eco shop, 2 amazing local bakeries, cafe, pharmacy, public playground.
10 min. drive to both Ogre Giant trails(trails high in the trees) or Salaspils Botanical garden.
