Charming renovated house with beautiful view near Bergerac

Old single-storey house of 100 m2, totally renovated, with a very open view of the countryside.
South-facing house, without terrace, surrounded by a plot of more than one hectare not enclosed 11 km from Bergerac.
It is totally quiet in a hamlet.
A charming village is nearby, with a bakery, a small supermarket and a restaurant.
You will also find an equestrian center 5 minutes away by car: Les Ecuries du Grand Vignoble.
The house is located in a beautiful corner of the Périgord. In addition to visiting Bergerac and its historic heart, you can go for walks in the forest, visit famous vineyards such as Montbazillac or Pécharmant.
To cool off, there is a lake 10 minutes away by car. An outdoor swimming pool is also located in Villamblard, 15 minutes away.


There is another small house on the side but it is not inhabited because it is used to store our belongings. You will therefore be alone on the property and not overlooked.
A baby cot and a high chair are available on request.
You will also have at your disposal bicycles / mountain bikes, a ping-pong table, board games.
The house stays cool in the summer

Towels are provided. Bed linen is available at a price of 10 euros per bed.
Cleaning fee: 50 euros

The house is equipped with Wifi
You will be asked for a deposit of 400 euros (uncashed check) on arrival.
