2 bedroom 2 bathroom condo with sitting room, patio, washer and dryer. Swimming pool, pickle ball, shuffle board on grounds. Walking distance to park and golf. Close to restaurants and shopping. This is a 55 and up condominium one guest must be 55 years old. Quiet and friendly complex well maintained and landscaped. Free parking with covered carport. No pets allowed except for service dogs. 28 miles from Downtown Tampa 53 miles to Orlando and 14 miles to Busch Gardens.

A great place to stay!

We enjoyed our stay at this property. It's in a quiet senior community and we found everyone we met to be welcoming and friendly. The unit manager is right next door and very helpful. Thank you, Craig, for sharing your property with us!

We absolutely love the condo! Will be back in April, and any other month we can. Craig was right on when we had a question about anything. We won’t stay anywhere else when we come to Florida. We had a wonderful time!

Amazing place

I enjoyed my stay here, it was very quiet and easily accessible for shopping, eating and highway access. It’s close to Orlando and close enough to tampa aswell! I would definitely stay here again.

Amazing property for the price point!

Just the right size for two bedroom, two bath unit. The small Florida room at back of the unit was perfect to drink morning coffee. The pool is huge. I swam laps almost always alone since most snowbirds had flown home.

Older, but clean and functional

We were disappointed that the garbage disposal and dishwasher didn't work. The tub wouldn't drain correctly but after a couple weeks that was fixed. The clothes dryer lint filter was so lose that we had to pull lint from behind it. The condo was very clean, the furniture comfortable, nice pool convenient to groceries, gas and restaurants.

A LOVELY STAY

Exceed our expectations...Lovely community ,everyone friendly, totally enjoyed this quiet setting.....Frequently visited the pool,my husband walked the surrounding area. Great time.

Summer rental

Excellent Communication

Owner visited shortly after our arrival and explained things we should know about the property. He also mentioned location of items in the house we might need. He gave us his contact information and encourages us to contact him if we needed anything or if we had any questions. Great guy and made sure we had a pleasant stay. Thanks Craig!

Very easy to work with owner. If you’re looking a quiet, cozy and clean location, this is it.

I lived here for 2 months in the summer of 2019. Nightly rental was very reasonable. Covered free parking. Great place...quiet and cozy. Located off the beaten path in Zephrhills. Ground floor. Rear enclosed small lanai or sitting area. Outside patio with table and chairs provided. Easy walk to pool. Most everything you need is included. Free WiFi and Cable TV. It was easy to work with owner during my stay. Lastly my stay was during the hot summer season. Can’t comment on busy winter season other than this unit is always booked.
