Beautiful and comfortable two-story Condo:
First Floor: Guest Room, ( Queen size bed (Flat Tv), Living room (NEW Smart TV 65” ), (Grill Area) with tennis court view, Full guest bath, Kitchen fully equipped w/stainless steel appliances (New dishwasher & Microwave) , laundry area (washer & dryer, iron and iron board).
Second floor: Hardwood flooring, Master BR (flat TV, King size bed) , Master bathroom (shower/ hot tub), Third room is a BONUS ( bunk bed full over twin & Queen-size pull-out Sofa bed).
This SPACIOUS Condo is perfect for Families with children of all ages, group of friends or Business Trip, it can accommodate up to 9 ppl including children.
We provide paper towel, tissue papers, and soaps to start.
All our linens, bath towels, beach towels, kitchen towels are well laundered and disinfected after each stay.
On the first floor of the Unit, you will find a well-stocked Kitchen: wine glasses, dinnerware, silverware, crock pot, rice cooker, baking equipment, blender, coffee makers, coolers etc.
Open dining area.

Wonderful time

We had a great time and the condo was spacious. The beach was so nice and clean. The kids really enjoyed the pool and it was very warm. Can not wait to go back. Will rebook again

Great location!

Tops’l is a beautiful resort, Especially this time of year in October. Condo had everything we needed, including to enjoy our stay! Walk to the beach was about 10 min, but that just gave us time to enjoy the beautiful weather.

Fun at Tops’l

With my grown children and their children gathered round, my husband and I had a great time! Family Tennis is important to us. We have been staying at Tops’l For 30+ years. Got two condos this year—#28 in the Tennis Villas and #102 in The Tides. We have stayed in the Captiva section many times before. Our hosts’ accommodations could not have been better.

Great house!

House was great, more than enough room for our family of 9. Property manager was quick to respond. My only complains is that the description was a little misleading. It says steps away from the beach, but it was almost a mile walk. The tram did come right to the house to take us to the beach, though!

Great Experience

Other than a little hiccup that was corrected right away the overall visit was excellent. Our family enjoyed staying here and everyone was comfortable. I even got to get my workout on at the on-site gym without having to drive an hour. Thanks for a great trip!!!

Nice place

The owner was always prompt in responding back whenever needed. The kitchen was furnished with all the amenities, the bathrooms were nice. Only things were the water pressure in the showers were low, the cable came and went, and the toiletries were very low(one additional roll for 5 days with a group of at least 5 people and one additional kitchen trash bag for 5 days). Other than those small nit-nats everything was very nice. Nice location for beach and outlets.

Beautiful property, excellent stay!!

The property was extremely nice and comfortable. It was clean and well-stocked. The owner, Marie, was extremely accommodating. I attended a conference but my mother and two aunts accompanied my on the trip and while I was at the conference, they were kicked back and relaxing at the condo. It was in a good location, just across the highway from my conference and it only took me a few minutes to get there. It was a good weekend for all of us. Marie, the owner, was available by text if we needed anything and lived close so could be there in only a few minutes if needed. She was very accommodating. We had some problems with some electrical outlets and I texted her. She responded very quickly that the outlets may just need to be reset. We did that, and the outlets worked. She still dropped by in a very short time to make sure everything was good. We had everything we needed during our stay. I would love to stay there again if we are in the area and the condo is available. Thank you, Marie, for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home. I give everything about this property 5 stars. Excellent!!!!!
