GREAT DATES ARE SELLING FAST - BOOK NOW!!! Gorgeously decorated 3-bedroom, 2 full bath condo with stunning views of gorgeous Miramar Beach and the Gulf of America from the 14th floor of Seascape Resort's Ariel Dunes 1!

Elegantly furnished, relax in this spacious condo that is perfect for a family of up to 8 or a couple's retreat. Enjoy the well-stocked kitchen, stainless steel appliances, tile floors, and inviting décor. We have the best beaches in the world - and provide an umbrella and two beach chairs to enjoy it! Take the short walk to the 2200 foot Seascape private beach, or enjoy tennis, a wonderful golf course right out your front door, or take a dip in Seascape resort’s many pools, including the two spectacular pools exclusive to Ariel Dunes 1. This condo is in an AMAZING location, just over a mile to the world-class Silver Sands Premium Outlet Mall, and just a couple of miles more to either stunning Grand Boulevard, Villages of Baytowne Wharf, or the many attractions of Destin. We offer a large Master BR with a King-sized bed, a spacious guest BR with Queen-sized bed, and a two-bed bunk room for the kids. We have the best sleeper sofa available anywhere, with a super-comfortable Queen-sized mattress - you have to sleep on it to believe it! We’re excited about making your beach vacation a joyful experience! Book today!
We want to make you aware that beginning on October 1, 2025 - March 1, 2026, our building will be refurbishing our elevator system. Our condo is on the 14th floor. 2 of the 4 elevators in the building will be unavailable during those times. We apologize for any inconvenience.

The place was everything as described. Rick was very responsive with all of my questions. The beds were so comfortable!Perfect location and very secure. We booked this condo cause it had everything on our wish list: gulf view, short walking distance to the beach and restaurants, hair dryer, and beach chairs plus within our price range. Having a beach umbrella was a bonus especially since I got a sunburn and needed it on our last day! Definitely a place to come back to!

We had a fabulous time staying at Richard and Kim’s place for our beach vacation! Very close walking distance to the beach, the Cabana Cafe had such good pizza my adult children somehow ended up with one every day or night. Property was clean and kitchen was well stocked for cooking meals. One of the best parts? The beds were so comfortable! Would highly recommend staying at this location for a wonderful beach getaway!

We had a good stay! Had problems with the cable twice and every time we told them they got it fixed pretty quickly. The property out front has a lot of construction going on and parking is tough some times. Would stay again! Thanks!

We always strive to held resolve issues outside our control - arm-wrestling cable companies is part of the service we sometimes have to provide! as for parking, the good news is have worked hard in our Association to provide parking availability - which was always there throughout your stay.

This was definitely a family favorite vacation! Condo was excellent, the view from the balcony was amazing, the pool was never crowded, and the beach was beautiful! Clearest emerald water, cool fish, and a great friendly environment. Get up early and put out your chairs and umbrella for the day as the beach does fill up. The chairs and umbrella provided at the condo work great. There were also 4 boogie boards available. The location was perfect. Close to restaurants, shops, and attractions...all within a 10 minute drive. The condo was fully stocked and we were able to cook breakfast and lunch no problem. Rick and Kim were great hosts, checked in on us once when we arrived and wished us a relaxing vacation. We already want to plan another trip!

Views were amazing and condo was set up with everything we needed plus some! Rick and Kim were very responsive and attentive. I had a group of 9, 6 kids and 3 adults and there was plenty of room for all of us! Everything was clean and as described. We are already trying to plan our next visit here.

We fell in love with every part of Ariel Dunes I #1402 in Seascape Resort from the start. It suits our vacation desires - spacious accommodations for all, fantastic views and beach access, but the kicker for us was the proximity to the very beautifully sculpted shopping areas and Silver Sands Premium Outlet Mall, Grand Blvd, Destin Commons, and Baytowne Wharf. The restaurants around us are fantastic, with everything from quick and delicious food to some of the finest dining in the world. And then - the beach!!! Rick has travelled the world - there is no question Destin/Miramar Beach has THE best beaches you will ever find!
