Take the short walk to the 2200 foot Seascape private beach, or enjoy tennis, a wonderful golf course right out your front door, or take a dip in Seascape resort’s many pools, including the two spectacular pools exclusive to Ariel Dunes 1. This condo is in an AMAZING location, just over a mile to the world-class Silver Sands Premium Outlet Mall, and just a couple of miles more to either stunning Grand Boulevard, Villages of Baytowne Wharf, or the many attractions of Destin. We offer a large Master BR with a King-sized bed, a spacious guest BR with Queen-sized bed, and a two-bed bunk room for the kids. We have the best sleeper sofa available anywhere, with a super-comfortable Queen-sized mattress - you have to sleep on it to believe it! We’re excited about making your beach vacation a joyful experience! Book today!
We want to make you aware that beginning on October 1, 2025 - March 1, 2026, our building will be refurbishing our elevator system. Our condo is on the 14th floor. 2 of the 4 elevators in the building will be unavailable during those times. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Perfect place to stay

Perfect place for the Avett Moon Music Festival. Condo was perfect, nicely decorated, nice view of the water and clean. Pickleball courts and beach close by and a quick walk to the Waffle House. We could even hear and see the music festival from the walkway. Thank you for letting us stay!

Peaceful Stay and Beautiful Views

This is the first time I’ve booked a stay on Vrbo (our daughter usually does it). The owners, Kim and Richard’s communication and friendliness thru email was wonderful and we had no issues finding the condo and checking in. The condo was very clean, comfy, and roomy. The beds were very comfortable. Shower was great, plenty of water pressure and a handheld shower nozzle, which I prefer when showering. We loved the view! We could hear the sound of the ocean while sitting on our balcony. We felt so comfortable at Shelley Shores, we will definitely stay here on our next trip to Destin. Thank you Kim and Richard for sharing this gem of a place.

Great location

The hosts were very accommodating. It was great to have the beach right across the street. My kids had a great first time at the beach and the balcony was a favorite place to relax.

Amazing!!!

The owners were nice. The view was awesome. It was a life changing trip for 4 generations of a family to be able to take together. We would gladly go again and stay at the same place. This was perfect!!!

Family get together

Loved the view and layout of the condo. The bunk beds were very small and not comfortable for adults but the pull out couch was pretty comfortable. The third bedroom is really just a small space with the bunk beds. Living and dining areas were great for our family. Needed a bit more explaining on what part of the beach was for our building. Wouldn’t bring more than 6.

Great unit

Great unit. Well maintained and modern style. Owners provided extra supplies (kitchen/toiletries) in unit which was convenient. Communication pre-arrival with hosts was perfect! My only minor issue was housekeeping was camped out by my door an hour before checkout. Would recommend unit to anyone!

Wonderful!

Our family of 5 had the best stay at this beautiful condo! Location is perfect, the view is gorgeous, and we all slept very comfortably. We used the beach chairs and umbrella everyday, which saved us a lot of money. The owners were very accomodating and quick to respond to our questions. We can't wait to return!

Vacation

My family and I travel to Florida annually as we have family that resides in Fl. This area is a great area to visit as restaurants and so many activities are within a 10 mile radius. This condo has three bedrooms but one room is very small with small bunk beds. My daughter and granddaughter slept comfortably in that room though. I would stay here again even though I don’t like height. I was under the impression that the room was on the beach but it is about a five minute walk to the beach and a very beautiful view from the room.

Paradise retreat

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay, condo was clean, well equipped including beach chairs and umbrella. Spacious balcony with magnificent view of the beach and ocean. 3 minute walk to beach. Shopping, restaurants all nearby. Hosts were accessible and very helpful.

Great Place

Some old college friends spent the weekend at this location. The condo was well appointed, clean, and the perfect location. We would definitely rent this unit again.

Beautiful views

The views of the gulf cannot be beat from this unit. Easy check in. There are books and games and brochures of local things to check out. Kitchen well equipped. I would update some of the towels and linens/bedding just to be a little more modern and plush but nothing wrong with what’s there. Just a recommendation. AC worked great, loved the beach chairs available. Balcony furniture was great to enjoy morning coffee and evening wine while looking over the emerald water. Would definitely stay again. Owner accommodated a checkout for us too as we were in town for a funeral and driving in very late at night which was much appreciated! Seascape is a great location too near restaurants and shops!

PERFECT!

Our Stay was PERFECT! This condo was the absolute BEST! Location was perfect ! The view is amazing. This Beach is amazing! Everything you need is right there. The beds were so comfortable. Lots of room we had 6 people!! Worth every penny! We will be back!!!

Amazing experience

The property was very clean and everything that was listed you get ,check in was super easy and the host of the property were very nice and very responsive . The view of the ocean was a site to see from the balcony. My family and I will definitely return back in the summer.

Vacation at Ariel Dunes I

Fantastic stay

Beautiful property in a great location. Nicely furnished, great smart TV with cable, fast wifi and comfortable beds and furniture. Plenty of amenities at the property and walkable to several excellent restaurants. Highly recommended

Thanksgiving get away

Had a great view, and we liked the master bathroom. We enjoyed the belcony sunrise and sunset. It was very quit for our stay. Hope it is available next time we come to Seascape.

Nice Condo Great Location

This is a well cared for unit with a fantastic gulf view. The condo was clean and well stocked. Very convenient location as far as restaurants and things to do. Owners were very professional and responsive. Would stay here again in the future.

Great family getaway

The property was wonderful. We really enjoyed eating out on the balcony soaking in the views. We brought our beach wagon so loading up and heading to the beach was a breeze. I would caution those who have elderly or handicapped in their party. The stairs were very steep going down to the beach. There is a handicap ramp at the public access about a mile down the road which made it easier. A good time was had by all. Our 4 year old got her first boogie board ride. She is hooked!!

The restaurants around us are fantastic, with everything from quick and delicious food to some of the finest dining in the world. And then - the beach!!! Rick has travelled the world - there is no question Destin/Miramar Beach has THE best beaches you will ever find!
