This is my timeshare, better than staying at Atlantis with all the perks. PLEASE NOTE: All reservations shown in calendar are for a weeks (7 nights) stay. Generally with a Saturday check in. However, some of my reserved weeks in July and August have Friday or Sunday check in. The calendar may show all days available but my reservation is for a specific week with a specific check in. Please contact me for the exact check in day.

Check with me for other arrangements and I will try to make it happen if possible. We can arrange to get you the week you want if you let me know more than 8 months in advance.

LOWEST PRICES for Atlantis!! 1 br, 1 ba villa w/kitchen, sleeps 4. (You want a villa you can call home, NOT a hotel room) You will not find a lower price. Check our calendar for available dates (we update it often). I have been renting weeks at Harborside for 8 years. Check my slide show for pictures from my last trip, view pics of Harborside, Villa, Atlantis etc.

We got back Sunday from Atlantis and what a fabulous vacation. The kids swam with the dolphins and we went on seadoos in the ocean and as for the water slides; they loved them.! Everyone did the new one, The Leap of Faith with the exception of myself, I just couldn't get up the nerve to go down a 90 degree drop.

The dining was great, we went off the resort once to the Fish Fry in Nassau for dinner and did visit the straw market. The weather was great and I think we saw all the sites we could see.

The unit was great. We did some shopping in Nassau so we could eat breakfast and the odd lunch at home.

Awesome place--my wife and I have stayed here twice. Last January we stayed with my son and his wife (on the pull-out sofa bed) and it worked out great, plenty of room and very comfortable. The weather was fantastic and should be similar to the dates for this offering. The people are great and we just had a fantastic time. We would walk to Atlantis every day for the beach and pools, then again at night for the casino to gamble and celebrity watch, etc. (If you don't want to walk, there is a shuttle to Atlantis about every 30 minutes or so.)

Harborside is bordered by the magnificent Marina at Atlantis and Nassau Harbor. Exquisite one-bedroom deluxe villa is appointed with generous space, beautiful furnishings and exceptional comforts, including full sofa bed in living room; kitchen. Entertainment center featuring cable TV and VCR player, washer and dryer; designer furnishings.

Full access to the whirlwind of amazing amenities and exhilarating entertainment revealed in the Atlantis Resort. If you do not stay at Atlantis or Harborside, you must pay for the privilege to go see Atlantis. Paradise on Paradise Island

Harborside is a great option for family groups. We had our two kids, their spouses, and our 7-year old grandson in three separate rooms. All had their own space and we all had a good time. The free bus is great for getting to all the Atlantis attractions. I hope to return someday.

Great Stay

Well maintained, spacious apartment. Our host was really cordial and gracious in accommodating our requests. Great place, away from all the action yet near it. Service could be better, as we found the staff to be uninterested most of the times. Nevertheless, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend it.

Harborside Resort at Atlantis

This is a very nice property. The condo is very clean And was perfect for us me and my husband. The only thing I would add is the unit could have supplied a skillet as I couldn’t scramble any eggs I was really impressed with the microwave air fryer combo that really came in handy to cook bacon and I’ll just add maybe considering leaving a couple more trash bags other than that it’s a great unit. I was really impressed with the shuttle service back-and-forth to the Atlantis resort and it really does run every 15 minutes and everybody was just so nice and so polite, and the highlight of our trip is the hotel property manager is our personal friend that was at our wedding in the Bahamas that we haven’t seen in 23 years so it was really great connecting with him. We were super excited and surprised, when we were recognized by him, I highly recommend this unit and Chaz was super super responsive prior to us arriving Will definitely stay here again at the unit is available when we travel back to the Bahamas next

Wonderful experience

My family of 5 (2 adults and 3 children under 7) had a wonderful week vacation at the Harborside Atlantis. The resort is amazing with plenty of activities for the kids, but with the convenience of staying in a condo so that we had our own kitchen and laundry. The condo was very clean and well equipped with all the essentials. Chas was very straightforward and easy to deal with in getting the condo booked and the check-in and check-out process went very smoothly so no issues or complaints to report.

Fantastic stay

This place is amazing!! First time trying a condo and it did not disappoint. Chas was a great host to deal with; he responded promptly to all our questions and concerns. The property is well maintained and convenient with easy access to Atlantis via regularly run shuttles. Their location is perfectly peaceful but still close enough to Atlantis nightlife/restaurants if you feel like a bit of entertainment. You are close to the main beaches but also secluded enough to guarantee a peaceful stay. Security, amenities, attention to small details is what you get. Everything is neat and clean (room, garden, outdoor facilities, parking area). We can't wait to go back!

Great owner, great property and location of resort to vacation at Atlantis

Just wanted to say thanks for the accommodations at Harbourside. Working with Chas was seamless and timely. Everything worked out great. Our two boys (Aged 11, 8) loved the Atlantis waterpark (as did Mom and Dad) along with the beautiful beaches. Returning to the Harbourside pool and villas late in the afternoon was also enjoyable and a relaxing way to end the day. The 1 bedroom villa provided enough room and space for our family for the week. Greatly appreciated Chas for all your support and insights for Atlantis. Thanks for making our trip a truly memorable experience for our family.

Atlantis

The trip was fantastic. The resort is great and everything you claimed it would be! We had a wonderful time! The resort is located right across the street from a departure port for many day excursions, which made day trips easy! We also walked to the casino and water park every day. For those who like to walk there is no need to use the shuttle. The weather was a little cooler than we desired, but that is to be expected with a January trip. The last night the water main broke but the staff was wonderfully accommodating and it was repaired quickly. Thank you for a wonderful vacation.

Harbourside at the atlantis is were to stay

We stayed at the harbourside at the atlantis for a week. We had a party of 4 and stayed in a one bedroom condo with a water view. It was clean, modern and updated. The villa had its own pool and was within walking distance to the main tower. Easy access to restaurants, pools, slides etc. There was also a shuttle if you didnt want to walk. Front desk were awesome and extremely helpful. Chas was great to deal with. He always responded quickly and patiently answered any questions that we had. Will for sure be going back! Harbourside at the atlantis is one of a kind!!

Great Stay at Harborside Resort

This was our first time using VRBO and it was great! The room was clean and comfortable. My 2 kids slept on the pull out sleeper sofa and it worked just fine. We brought food with us and the kitchen had just enough that we could make a few easy meals. We were in Building 5 overlooking the pool. It was great to be able to find a chair at our pool rather than deal with the crowds at the Atlantis pools. It was an easy walk over to Atlantis or you can take a shuttle which was almost always pulling up as we were looking for one. We went snorkeling with Bahamas Boat Tours and they picked us up at the dock on the other side of the pool. Overall things were great! We had a little trouble checking in because they had our name spelled wrong and couldn’t find the reservation But it only took a few extra minutes. We also had a problem with the key cards not opening the door but they came and fixed it within a half hour. Would definitely stay here again!

Awesome Vacation - Fantastic Villa with Balcony Marina/ Ocean Views

The harborside is a short easy walk to the atlantis through the marina where all the yachts were docked. One in particular had a helicopter on the roof of the yacht! The pool area of the atlantis was great, all kinds of activities. We loved the lazy river, tube rides and slides. The casino was also a great time with the nightly entertainment and dance club aura. We were able to make it to downtown Nassau via the sea ferry for an afternoon of shopping. Once there we walked down to the fish fry for lunch at twin brothers were we had the best grouper sandwich ever. The room at the haborside had a great view of the harbor from the living room and patio. Tough place to leave, we are still talking about it everyday. That is our 3 time at the atlantis, and by far the most fun. I think the 7 days really helped, before we had only stayed 4 days. The extra time allow for more relaxing around the pool, and excursions. Owner is extremely easy to work with, great communication, always responsive. Summer dates are flexible, couldn't be easier!
