We had a fantastic stay and everything was exactly as advertised! The unit was clean, comfortable, and a great home base for exploring Paradise Island and Nassau. Chaz was great to work with and accommodated our requested dates.A few tips for future guests: We stayed in Building 7, which is closest to the Atlantis Marina. Atlantis is an easy 10-minute walk along the marina. The room included two dishwasher tabs and laundry detergent, which came in handy during our 7-day stay. Housekeeping comes once a week, depending on your check-in day.For groceries, Paradise Premium Foods near Atlantis had everything we needed. Prices are higher than at home, but still much cheaper than eating every meal at the resort.Don't be intimidated by the walk into Nassau! It only took us about 15 minutes to cross the bridge, with great views along the way.At Atlantis, the River Rapids are a must! Mornings and evenings after 5 p.m. were much quieter. We also highly recommend Potter's Cay for conch fritters. We tried McKenzie's and the Midnight Spot, with McKenzie's being our favourite.Everyone at the resort and around the island was incredibly friendly. We had an amazing week and would absolutely book through Chaz again!

Great place!

Perfect location! We had a great time and the condo had everything we needed! we loved the condo as it had everything we need and the waterpark is AMAZING!

Atlantis vacation

Amazing property, this is the way to do Atlantis if you want to do your own cooking, healthy and not spending money on overpriced food that’s not even healthy or good. Quiet place and amazing for families. Still have access to all the Atlantis amenities including beaches. No hidden charges either. Once again, best way of staying in Atlantis.

Atlantis vacation

Our stay at The Harborside at Atlantis was great! The unit and property were just as described . Chas was great with communication and all the details. I definitely recommend staying at his property!

Great stay

Chas was great to work with. Had an issue with initial check in/front desk but Chas responded right away to us and was able to help resolve the problem and offer solutions. Property was great-so much to see and do. Would definitely come back.

Great Stay

Well maintained, spacious apartment. Our host was really cordial and gracious in accommodating our requests. Great place, away from all the action yet near it. Service could be better, as we found the staff to be uninterested most of the times. Nevertheless, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend it.

Paradise on Paradise Island

Harborside is a great option for family groups. We had our two kids, their spouses, and our 7-year old grandson in three separate rooms. All had their own space and we all had a good time. The free bus is great for getting to all the Atlantis attractions. I hope to return someday.

Wonderful experience

My family of 5 (2 adults and 3 children under 7) had a wonderful week vacation at the Harborside Atlantis. The resort is amazing with plenty of activities for the kids, but with the convenience of staying in a condo so that we had our own kitchen and laundry. The condo was very clean and well equipped with all the essentials. Chas was very straightforward and easy to deal with in getting the condo booked and the check-in and check-out process went very smoothly so no issues or complaints to report.

Hi Chas Just wanted to let you know that we had an amazing and fabulous time in Atlantis at Harbourside. You made our first booking with vrbo very easy. Thank you for promptly answering all our questions and making our booking very easy. It was great having the extra space with the kitchen. Made it easy for our family. Fantastic stay

This place is amazing!! First time trying a condo and it did not disappoint. Chas was a great host to deal with; he responded promptly to all our questions and concerns. The property is well maintained and convenient with easy access to Atlantis via regularly run shuttles. Their location is perfectly peaceful but still close enough to Atlantis nightlife/restaurants if you feel like a bit of entertainment. You are close to the main beaches but also secluded enough to guarantee a peaceful stay. Security, amenities, attention to small details is what you get. Everything is neat and clean (room, garden, outdoor facilities, parking area). We can't wait to go back!
