Topsail Island Beach House

Topsail Island Beach House is the perfect option for your annual family vacation, providing accommodations for up to 14 guests. From the spacious decks to the generously sized kitchen and living room, your family will make memories for years to come!
On the first level, you’ll find a computer/playroom that accesses the backyard. The computer playroom features a 55" TV and internet access. The backyard features an outdoor shower and a 7-person jet hot tub spa with a lighting feature.
The second level boasts a stairwell that leads you to the main living space. This floor features 4 bedrooms. The first bedroom to the left includes a queen size bed with a 32" TV. The second bedroom to the left includes a queen size bed with a full-size trundle. This room also features a 32" TV. Both bedrooms share a jack and jill bathroom that features a bath/shower combo and a bidet throne. The first bathroom to the right features a twin over full bunk bed with a twin-size trundle. This room includes a 32" tv, game consoles and video games. The second bedroom to the right features a twin-size bunk bed and 32" tv. All bedrooms have access to amazon prime apps. This floor also features a full-size bathroom to the right in addition to the jack and jill bathroom. It includes a washer and dryer in a closeted space that is next to the back door. This level also leads to a spacious back deck that features a beautiful view, ample seating, and an outdoor bar area.
The third and final level features an open floor-plan ideal for family gatherings. Plenty of natural lighting and beautiful views are displayed throughout the kitchen, dining, living room, and a back deck for relaxing and grilling. The kitchen is fully equipped to take on sizable family meals. You’ll also find a half bath on this floor, in addition to a master bedroom nestled in the corner facing the living room. This room includes a king size bed, a master bathroom and a private spacious front deck. You can enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning overlooking the ocean view from the beach access while enjoying the nice ocean breeze.
All decks are accessible with cargo elevator that stops at every level.
No Smoking inside and No Pets allowed at his property.
A starter roll of paper towels and toilet paper is provided upon arrival. Other disposable items are not provided, such as: paper towels, toilet tissue, trash bags, soaps or detergents, etc. Comforters and pillows provided but linens are not included. Linen can be rented from several local businesses.
