One full bathroom glistens with modern finishes with a combination tub/shower and luxurious towels. In-unit amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi, SmartTV and a washer/dryer. Parking for this unit is a first come, first served basis. Playlist Properties has only one communal parking space within the lot for the entire community. While parking is not guaranteed, street parking is always available.
