Welcome to the Gaviota condominium in the Gaviotas II condominiums in Playa del Carmen. Its convenient location makes it very central and close to the main attractions of Playa, it is just 5 minutes from Fifth Avenue.
The condominium has two bedrooms and two bathrooms, fully equipped for your comfort, with double beds. The main suite has access to the patio and a view of the pool.
The kitchen has all the utensils and facilities for cooking, in addition, there is wifi connection throughout the condominium. Its living room has a private balcony with a view of the pool and a table for four people.
This condominium is 2 minutes away from the Mega and DAC supermarkets. Additionally, if you like golf, the Hard Rock field is 2 miles away in Playacar.
MONTHLY PRICE:
- Long-term rentals: More electricity. (Price per KW between $3 to $8 MXN)
- We require a security deposit of $1,000 USD refundable up to 7 business days.
Early Entry / Late Exit:
- In case of requiring early entry or late exit, these have an additional cost.

It's in a great neighborhood - the supermarket is only 1 block away. There's also a great fresh fruit and veggie market a block away. The beach is only a short 10-minute stroll away. We also love the pool.
