Stay in Klosters is the BEST!!!

We loved this Swiss Chalet. There are fabulous views from every window. The place is clean and the kitchen is very well stocked. We did not have a car and the train and bus stations were easy to reach by foot. We enjoyed our stay so much, we are already planning a return trip. Klosters is a wonderful place and Ineke's place is perfect. The guest cards that she gives you are also very much appreciated. We were able to ride the trains, buses and funicular free of charge. Also there are many hiking paths very close. The people we met in the area also very friendly. We recommend this place heartily and give it 5 stars. Thank you Ineke, we love your place, Bob & Irene Palmer

Die Wohnung entsprach ganz unseren Vorstellungen. Ein Balkon mit Panoramablick, beste Verkehrsanbindung, ruhigsten Lage und gegen die Sonne ist die Wohnung mit sehr guten Vorhängen ausgestattet.

Klosters

We were 4 people on a ski holiday. It was a clean, quiet, spacious one bedroom apartment. The beds were really comfortable. Owners were kind and helpful. A beautiful view of the village and Madrisa.

Our stay was great! The apartment is conveniently located to the village of Klosters and skiing.

We arrived promptly and the Apartment was ready. Clean and tidy. The apartment is very close to a quaint downtown area with restaurants, grocery store and ski rentals. The slipes are accessible from Klosters tonski davos and other slopes too. We enjoyed our stay. The small village of Klosters is easy to get around and has everything you need. Thank you!

Wonderful appt and amazing area

Well exactly a year later we were back. This appt has all you need,it ius clean ,so well equipped and in the perfect location. Where do you look out of a kitchen window and see a glacier and spectacular views. The mum dear and her two babies even came back to see us. We have Klosters and Hus signal in our hearts and yes we will be back. Fokko and Ineke are perfect hosts,so helpful and friendly. Thank you so much

Amazing view, pure privacy, comfortable apartment

We loved our 6-night stay in this apartment. It is comfortable, well appointed and stocked, very private with a breathtaking view! We enjoyed our meals on this sweet balcony and were happy as can be. Plus, it is a short downhill walk to downtown Klosters, a fabulous village pool, train station and all kinds of good restaurants, all within a very short walk. We definitely will consider returning! Many thanks for sharing your apartment with us!

A great place to stay in the mountains!!

Ineke was a great host to deal with. She was always prompt at answering any questions that I had and provided more than enough background information than I could use! The apartment is the perfect location. About a twelve min walk to the train station and shops, but set up high on a ridge that is quiet and peaceful. You can only here the crickets and birds. Having the Davos / Klosters Activity Card included was a great thing also. Free cable cars, trains and busses in the area meant I hardly spent any money on a daily basis. The apartment had everything I needed to enjoy my week. A large apartment compared to most European places. The patio was perfect, with amazing views everyday. The furniature was very practical and comfortable. One of the things I loved about the apartment was the fact that it was sunny in the cool mornings, but shaded in the hot sun of the afternoon. And the sunsets were gorgeous. The kitchen was completely fine, and had all the gear I needed to cook. The bedroom was spacious with lots of closet and dresser space for my clothes. The bathroom has two large sinks and a really deep tub for relaxing your cares away. I don't think I heard any neighbours the whole time I was there, even outside on the patio. Thier is a bus stop about a one min walk that takes you to the train station in about four mins for days I was feeling lazy! Overall, it was a great experience and a great place to rent. I have already recommended it to my Swiss friends!

Wonderful appt and amazing area

We have never been to Switzerland in the summer before let alone this amazing perfect village of Klosters. The appt Is perfectly positioned and was surrounded by alpine meadows with Orchid's ,it was beautiful. The appt was well equiped ,clean,neat,tidy and also very comfortable the views from all the windows were amazing and as dusk was approaching we were visited by a female dear with her two babies. I could spend a year here and still not see all this area has to offer.

Wonderful appt and amazing area

We have never been to Switzerland in the summer before,and to go to Klosters was just amazing. The alpine flowers were amazing,they were surrounding this wonderfully equipped and positioned property. It was clean ,neat and very comfortable. We did not need the TV as the VIEWS from the appt were breathtaking, in the evenings as it was getting dark we were visited by a mother dear and her babies. The whole area has so much to do,you could spend a year there and never tire of things to do.

Leuk appartement op mooie lokatie

We troffen een nette woning aan met alle mogelijke voorzieningen. De auto kon netjes in de garage. Bij vragen kun je met de eigenaar mailen en je krijgt bijna per omgaande een reactie terug. Je hebt een mooi uitzicht en vele mogelijkheden tot wandelen, er met de auto op uit, maar (zoals wij) ook geregeld met de trein op stap. Naast de speciale Klosters/Davos kaart hadden we ook een Graubündenpass met vier dagen vrij reizen. Dus we hebben ook leuke ritten gemaakt vanuit Klosters Platz richting Engadin, Albula- en de Berninalijn en via de Rijnschlucht naar Disentis. We hebben de twee weken (ondanks het af en toe wisselvallige weer) genoten.

Perfect location, stunning views!

We visited The Heilken's home in November 2015 for 3 nights and it was such a wonderful vacation! The views from the apartment were incredible and the fireplace was perfect! The location was great with only a short walk from the train station and the guest cards made it really convenient to visit neighbouring Davos. Ineke was very helpful during the planning stage and even recommended ski lifts in the area! We had everything we needed and definitely hope to go back one day. Thanks for a beautiful trip!

Immer wieder gerne

Wir haben die Wohnung mehrmals gebucht, im Sommer sowie im Winter, mal für ein langes Wochenende aber auch schon für zwei Wochen am Stück und können es nur weiter empfehlen. Die Lage ist perfekt, der Ausblick wunderschön, es ist alles in der Wohnung vorhanden, was man braucht. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern ist schnell, sie sind immer sehr hilfsbereit und die Schlüsselübergabe ist unproblematisch. Alles in einem, ein perfekter Ausgangspunkt für einen entspannten Aufenthalt. Jederzeit wieder, der Winterurlaub ist bereits gebucht.

Immerwieder gerne

Wir haben die Wohnung schon öfters gemietet, im Winter umd Sommer, für ein langes Wochenende oder eine Woche. Wir waren immer sehr zufrieden und der Winterurlaub ist bereits gebucht. Die Lage ist perfekt, die Aussicht ein Traum und es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern ist immer schnell und zuverlässig. Die Schlüsselübergabe unkomliziert. Was will man mehr für einen entspannten Urlaub. Immer wieder gerne, wir kommen sicherlich wieder.

13 Sommerurlaube im Haus Signal

Zur Zeit sind wir (ein Ehepaar im fortgeschrittenen Alter) zum 13. Mal in ununterbrochener Reihenfolge zu unserem Sommerurlaub in Klosters im Haus Signal. Immer wieder ist die Vorfreude auf den Aufenthalt in dieser wunderschönen gemütlichen Wohnung mit dem grandiosen Panoramablick über Klosters von der Madrisa bis zum Silvrettagletscher bei uns groß. Wir haben hier inzwischen für zwei Wochen im Jahr ein zweites "zu Hause " gefunden, zumal die Wohnung keine Wünsche offen lässt, von der Geschirrspülmaschine über digitales Fernsehen bis zum WiFi ist alles vorhanden. Der Kontakt mit den Vermietern ist jederzeit schnell hergestellt und alle Fragen und Anliegen werden immer im gegenseitigen Einvernehmen gelöst. Obwohl wir (siehe oben) gerne ausgedehnte Bergwanderungen Unternehmen, haben wir inzwischen das besondere Angebot der Destination KlostersDavos für Sommergäste schätzen gelernt: mit der Gästekarte kann man unbegrenzt oft sämtliche Ortsbusse und Bergbahnen in Klosters und Davos sowie die Rhätische Bahn zwischen Klosters und Filisur benutzen. Übermorgen geht der diesjährige Urlaub zu Ende, aber wir wissen bereits jetzt, dass es nicht der letzte gewesen sein wird. Wir können diese Wohnung vorbehaltlos für Familien mit und ohne Kinder weiterempfehlen.

Net terug van een week Zwitserland in het appartement Hus Signal. Zeer goed onderhouden appartement. De keuken is van veel comfort voorzien, zo is er een oven, magnetron, grote koelkast en afwasmachine. De bedden zijn erg goed en het uitzicht is fantastisch. Het appartement ligt net boven het dorp Klosters, dus vanuit het appartement heb je een mooi uitzicht over het dorp en de daarachter gelegen bergen. De omgeving leent zich enorm voor prachtige wandelingen. Ook hierin wordt door de eigenaren voorzien. Wij hebben vooral veel gewandeld in de omgeving van Klosters. Als u een mooi, goed onderhouden appartement zoekt, u houdt van wandelen, neemt u dan contact op met deze eigenaren. Wij komen zeker nog eens terug!

Fijn appartement voor een prachtige vakantie

Wij hebben al twee keer het appartement gehuurd, eenmaal in mei en de laatste keer in de zomer. Het appartement ligt prachtig tegen een berg in het sfeervolle dorp Klosters. Het uitzicht is uniek en verschillend per seizoen. Zelfs in mei konden we al heerlijk buiten zitten, door het beschutte terras. Het appartement biedt een uitstekende uitvalsbasis voor wandeltochten in het berggebied Klosters-Davos. Ook ligt het zo centraal, dat met de auto ook andere gebieden goed te bereiken zijn. Enkele tops uit onze vakanties: met de lift omhoog naar de Madrisa (loopafstand), wandeltocht over de Drusatschahoogvlakte (loopafstand), wandeling naar Monbiel (loopafstand), Schatzalp (OV of auto), Fluëlapas (auto), Sertig-Dörfli (OV of auto). In Hotel Piz Buin in Klosters schenken ze heerlijke cappuccino en serveren ze de typische Zwitserse Flammkuchen die ieder die in deze regio verblijft een keer geproefd moet hebben. In het huis is altijd alles netjes op orde. Het is erg schoon. Alles wat nodig is (en meer) is aanwezig. Vooral de keuken heeft een erg uitgebreide uitzet. Wandelkaarten, informatie over het dorp, huishoudelijke zaken en dergelijken is duidelijk aanwezig. De eigenaar vraagt om feedback om het verblijf in het appartement te optimaliseren. Een voorbeeld hiervan is dat er nu (al vanaf 2014) wifi is, op ons aanraden. Kortom een uiterst geschikt appartement voor vakantiegangers die bergen, rust, natuur, sportieve acitiviteiten ondernemen, Zwitserland en een onbezorgde vakantie willen!

Wir haben bereits die Wohnung zweimal gemietet, einmal im Mai und das letzte Mal im Sommer. Die Wohnung liegt wunderschön auf einem Berg in dem charmanten Klosters. Die Aussicht ist einzigartig und variiert je nach Saison. Sogar im Mai konnten wir draußen auf der geschützte Terrasse sitzen. Die Wohnung bietet einen idealen Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen in den Bergen von Davos-Klosters. Es ist so zentral gelegen, dass in weniger Zeit andere Regionen mit dem Auto leicht erreichbar sind. Einige Höhepunkte unserer Ferien: der Bergfahrt zur Madrisa, Wanderung zum Drussetschahöhe im Richtung Davos Dorf, zu Fuß zur Monbiel, Schatzalp (Davos, Zug oder Auto), Flüelapass (Auto), Sertig-Dörfli (Zug/Bus oder Auto). In Hotel Piz Buin Klosters wird ihnen einen leckeren Cappuccino und den typischen Schweizer Flammkuchen serviert, dass jeder probieren haben soll. Die Wohnung ist immer ordentlich und sehr sauber. Alles, was benötigt wird (und mehr) ist vorhanden. Vor allem die Küche ist sehr gut Ausgestattet. Karten, Informationen über das Dorf, Reinigungsmittel u.s.w. steht Ihnen zur Verfügung. Um den Aufenthalt in der Wohnung zu optimieren, bittet der Eigentümer um Feedback. Ein Beispiel dafür ist: unsere Empfehlung WIFI: jetzt gibt es WIFI (seit Jan.2014). Kurz gesagt, eine sehr geeignete Wohnung für Urlauber mit liebe für die Berge, Ruhe, Natur, Sportacitiviteiten, der Schweiz und einen sorgenfreien Urlaub wollen! Hus Signal

Wij zijn al verscheidene keren in dit appartement geweest, zowel in de winter als in de zomer. Het is er uitstekend toeven. Het appartement heeft een schitterend uitzicht, is keurig onderhouden en van alle gemakken voorzien. Aanbevolen voor iedereen die van wintersport of wandelen houdt. Daarnaast zijn er volop andere mogelijkheden. Ook voor kinderen is er genoeg te doen.

Wir sind mehrmals in dieser Wohnung im Winter und im Sommer gewesen. Die,Wohnung ist komfortabel, verfügt über einen herrlichen Blick, es ist sehr gepflegt und ausgestattet. Empfohlen für alle, die Skifahren oder Wandern lieben. Es gibt in Klosters viele noch viele andere Aktivitäten. Auch für Kinder gibt es viel zu tun. Hartelijk bedankt voor uw reactie.
