View Home with Pool/Spa Near Leavenworth, Mission Ridge, Lk Chelan and Wineries

Our view home is newly remodeled in 2021. Main living areas and kitchen are all brand new with large sliding doors to welcome the outside in. (Bedrooms and master bath slated for remodel fall 2022). We are just minutes to wine tasting, amazing dining and recreational paradise (ski, bike, hike, boating, the list is endless). Close to Leavenworth, Lake Chelan, Cashmere and Downtown Wenatchee. Pybus Public Market and bike loop trail within minutes. Cashmere antique malls nearby as well as world class mountain biking, snow skiing and hiking. Perfect for two families away for a sporting event or couples looking to get away from it all, while having the comforts of home.

Our open concept home has views from every angle of the main living areas and master bedroom. Living area has amazing views of Columbia River Gorge, Mission Ridge Ski area and Wenatchee valley, plus an easy to use fireplace for comfort and ambience any time of the year. Outdoors you will find an in-ground swimming pool (open SUMMER ONLY, typically Memorial Day - end of September), large hot tub, gas grill and plenty of room for you to relax and enjoy your getaway. Our pool is heated by the sun, we do not have a pool heater at this time.

Relax in the large master bedroom with comfortable king size bed while taking in the commanding views of Columbia River Cascade Mountain range. Master bath has jacuzzi tub, shower, and large closet. The second bedroom also has a comfy queen size bed. 3rd bedroom has bunk bed (twin over double) and an extra day bed for relaxing. 4th bedroom also contains bunk bed with twin over double.

Kitchen is fully equipped for your cooking adventures and food delivery is nearby for those who prefer to let someone else take care of the cooking. Grocery shopping services available (Instacart) if you prefer to arrive with a fully stocked fridge.

Plenty of space for playing outside! Badminton, bocce, basketball, skateboards (helmets please), golf clubs, soccer, and much more!

Event planning services available if you would like an literary for your outing (biking, wine tasting, antiquing, hiking, beer tasting) please ask! We know all the local secrets to making your stay one of a kind!

Awesome Rental!!

Loved the open floor plan and newly remodeled spaces. Just what we were looking for in a vacation rental. Cleanest of any rental we’ve stayed at. Kitchen was fully stocked for all our meal prep and the Hot Tub was perfect. Looking forward to staying here again

A relaxing family retreat

Incredible view

The house was very clean and smelled wonderful upon arrival. The views are amazing, especially when sitting in the hot tub. Beds are comfortable, this is our favorite VRBO so far:)

Great holiday weekend

We loved our stay! It was convenient to get to Leavenworth and go into Wenatchee for fun activities and then return to the house for a relaxing evening. We played games, watched movies and enjoyed the fabulous view of the Wenatchee valley. Our host, Emily, was so helpful and quick to respond to our emails. Will stay there again.

Lovely Home!

We celebrated the holidays and the house was lovely! It was big enough to accommodate a family gathering and worked well for one of our family members who is confined to a wheel chair and another one who uses a walker. The kitchen is well equipped and the house is very clean. Thank you for yet another wonderful stay at your beautiful home!

THIS is the place you want to stay!

If you are traveling to this area, THIS IS THE PLACE you want to stay! AMAZING! The home is perfect for a family. There were 8 of us. My 90 year old mom, myself, my 2 adult children with their spouses and 2 teen grandchildren. It has everything you need, beautifully appointed, great neighborhood, and THE VIEWS............... OMG! I could sit on the deck or in the hot tub and just look out all day and night. Night views, you can see ALL of Wenatchee and it's just breathtaking! Property owners were amazing as well. Very attentive to our needs etc. Plenty of things for the kids as well. Hiking, swimming, basketball hoop in the drive, games etc. Cannot say enough good about this property!

Perfect for a family vacation

5 adults, two kids 6 and 3. Outdoor temps were 110+ every day of our stay. The pool was our lifeline to outdoor comfort. The house is spacious and the views incredible. Watching the sunrise on the deck was a real mental health treat. The kitchen is one of the best-stocked of any rentals we've stayed in. The house manager was prompt with answers when we had questions. We didn't feel like leaving the property, just wanted to hang out all day. The famous Wenatchee fruit was ripening during our stay, an added bonus. We enjoyed locally grown apricots, peaches and cherries. The house is only a couple easy miles from town, so great access when needing groceries, etc.

Absolutely STUNNING. Nothing short of it. The view alone was breathtaking. Very clean and comfortable. The host was prompt with communication and the house had everything you needed. My kids will forever have lasting memories in the beautiful home. Already looking to go back next summer!

Amazing location, ideal family set up

Super family-friendly location with a great set up for entertaining kids for hours between the pool, the hot tub and the lawn. Pictures don’t do it justice, great setting! Great communication from owners!

Beautiful setting for a dream vacation home

This house is stunning. The view down the Columbia river valley is better than the photos. Our stay included a full sweeping rainbow and entertainment watching the quail and horses move about the area. The amenities kept our whole family having fun and I could do dishes with an epic view from a gorgeous kitchen. We could not have been happier and it appears they are only going to continue improving the property.

Fishing the Columbia

Excellent property for a group of 4 guys on a fishing excursion. We were up by 5:00am and didn’t return to the home until after dinner each evening but returned to a very comfortable home where we could just lounge around in this spacious home and watch a little TV on the big screen. Highly recommend.

Great long weekend away

Such a great place to spend a long weekend from the beginning. Communication was prompt, and Emily was very accommodating. The house was in a great location; quiet enough, but within easy delivery distance for food and groceries, and the views were amazing! We used the home as a base while we skied at Mission Ridge. Kitchen was well stocked with everything you would need to cook, living area was spacious, and the beds were comfortable. Would definitely stay here again!

Awesome long weekend

We had planned on a trip to Whistler but had to change plans last minute. Emily quickly helped secure the reservation (same day) and was super accommodating. Place is great- awesome views from high up and interior will be perfect after the final remodel parts (one bath and bdrm) and finished. Will look to book here again for sure.

The View!

What an incredible spot. We joined another family with elementary & middle school aged kids for a week of skiing at Mission Ridge and are already scheming a time to come back in the summer! This beautiful, freshly remodeled home was fully stocked. We so enjoyed the floor to ceiling windows wrapping around the home to enjoy the expansive view. Emily was an incredible host, highly recommend!

Lovely Place

It was so nice to stay here for the holidays. Beautiful view. Roads clear to the top of the hill plenty of space to enjoy family—board games, puzzles—while the lights of Wenatchee twinkle.

Great view of the Valley

The house was beautiful and the view was fabulous. The hot tub did not disappoint. The pool is not all season as advertised but we were not interested in swimming anyway. It was nice that the owners provided shampoo, conditioner and soap as well as coffee. I would love to visit here in the summertime.
