Home features 3000 SF, 3 BR, 2.5 BA, and sleeps up to 8 people. 1 king, 1 queen sofa bed, 4 doubles and 1 twin trundle. Fully loaded kitchen and laundry, cable TV, internet, WiFi, games & books galore, foosball, Wii, X-box & wood stove (1 bundle of wood provided). All linens & toiletries provided. Sand toys & 4 beach chairs included for guest use.
Perfect home away from home to enjoy family & friends, or for small group retreats including yoga, scrapbooking, quilting, Bible study... you name it!

One of the best houses in Neskowin

This house is such a wonderful place! Like the other reviews, this house is so well stocked and makes vacation life a breeze! It is so close to the beach, so comfortable and the owners are so great! Excellent communicators and beyond reasonable and accommodating! I have stayed in several houses in Neskowin and this is by far one of the very best!

Wonderful week!

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our week at this beautiful, comfortable, well-stocked and well maintained home. The beach is accessible and, as always, beyond perfect. The homeowner was responsive, kind and accommodating. We all felt rested and relaxed by the time we left!

A Place for memories

This property is in a highly desirable location for people who want to enjoy the Oregon coast with very easy access to the beach, tide pools, and a creek that adds to an all day experience on the beach. The house itself is layed out for a couple of small families and has a great outdoor fire pit and barbecue. This is a repeat stay and family coming from far away tout this place as their priority when they come to visit. Highly recommend.

Excellent vacation rental!

My whole family enjoyed our stay in this wonderful home. Communication from the owner was excellent and they did a great job furnishing the rental to make it comfortable and relaxing with many special touches. Loved our time here.

Perfect week

This was a beautifully organized home. Great for family. Plenty of room and comfortable places to sit. Lots of games to play and very close to the beach. Nice selection of beach toys. Everything in the house worked and it was very nice to have a good laundry facility. There was a burn ban for beach fires, but we were able to use the fire pit that was propane powered to have “campfire“. I would recommend this place highly for families.

Perfect for multi-generational family trip

I counted 79 steps from the front porch until my feet were in the sand! This was perfect because we were close to the beach, but didn’t have to worry about our 3 and 5 year old running out the door upon their own whims. We enjoyed the backyard bonfire pit every night and morning, with s’mores and coffee, respectively.

July Beach break

Wonderful place! The house is fully stocked -we loved all the games. It has easy access to the beach and we enjoyed the great beach accessories, especially the beach chairs. Thanks for a great stay.

Great family getaway

This is our 3rd year renting the house, it's in the perfect location for us and is well suited for our get together. We enjoyed the outdoor propane firepit. Overall great stay and the weather even cooperated.!

Great for a group!

As a group of adventurous women who came together to explore coastal Oregon, this home was perfect! We based out of here, enjoyed walking the beach, played games in the evenings, and completely relaxed. The house was cutely decorated, well stocked, and comfortable!

This house was actually larger than expected and was super close to beach. Stocked to the hilt and very comfy furniture. Great fire pit area too. Lucked out on gorgeous weather but even if stormy, it would be a great place to hang out in

Great location

We had a great time at this property (two college friends and our daughters). The location is close to the ghost forest and tide pooling; beach access is just across the street; and the house was fully stocked and had lots of amenities. This would be a great place for two couples and their kids…except that the two “adult” bedrooms are so different (one king with master bathroom, and one double with bathroom down the hall) that it might be hard to decide who gets which room, lol.

BEACH TIME

This property is quiet, easily accessed, spacious and bright. We had separate areas to read, puzzle, play games, work paper crafts and eat as a group. Beach access is across the street. This beach was the cleanest and most sheltered from wind we have experienced. The roaming deer and rabbits are a real treat. And there is a resident eagle that can be seen daily. The beds are comfortable and there are plenty of linens. We would gladly return to this home.

Magnificent House

This house was even better than anticipated. It was so clean upon arrival and it is so well-stocked in everything you could hope for. It has a HUGE selection of games for ALL ages. The foosball table was a big hit with our kids, as well as the skimming boards. The beach chairs were fabulous!! The beach is literally a few steps across the road. Proposal rock beach is our favorite - as it has the ocean waves to play in, the ghost forest and tide pools to explore, but also has the creek for calmer waters for little ones. The neighborhood is gated, so it feels so safe and it is so quiet. Holly was so responsive to any of our needs. This is definitely our new go-to house for our beach vacations! Thank you for sharing your wonderful home with us!

Family gathering

The location is outstanding with the beach just a very short walk and easily accessible to all ages. Olders kids can easily go on their own as it is so close. There are outstanding opportunities to see tide pools, jump waves and just hang out in the expanse of sand and a rather safe creek that runs into the ocean. The house is perfect for a group of varying ages with games, toys, BBQ and several family areas. Our grandchildren enjoyed the "sleeping room" where they could all sleep. I would highly recommend this place.

You can't go wrong with this house

This was my second time staying in this wonderful house in Neskowin. Just steps from the beach and Proposal Rock, this home is excellently maintained and the price can't be beat compared to what most homes go for in Neskowin.

Girls get away!

The property was fantastic for our girls get away! It was spacious, clean, well stocked with kitchen equipment and spices and just steps from the beautiful beach. Holly is an outstanding hostess! We'd stay there again.

This became my favorite house in Neskowin!

Absolutely wonderful property in Neskowin. It's not right on the beach, but it might as well be the walk is so close. Everything was so perfect in this house I decided to make another reservation in just a few weeks.

Great location

This worked great for family gathering. The only note is the house smelled a bit musty, like it had been closed up for awhile before our arrival. We would recommend your home for other families.

50th Anniversary Celebration

We had an awesome time at this property. It was neat, clean and comfy. The house was stocked with anything you can imagine you may need, it was steps from the beach, friendly neighbors and situated nicely from Lincoln City. We felt right at home and will definitely put this on the top of our list for our next family get together. Thank you to Holly for all. We really appreciated your prompt reply when we couldn't get thru the gated entry after our long drive from Nevada!!!! This is the perfect house, no need to look further.

Fun family gathering at the beach

There were 10 of us plus an infant and the house worked out very well. Wifi was good for the one who had to work all week. We did a lot of cooking and the kitchen came equipped with pretty much everything we needed. Note that the electric griddle is actually a skillet, but there are stove-top griddles for pancakes. Beds were comfortable and the outdoor fire pit was wonderful. The only downside was the weather, which was quite cool and foggy most of the time. Someone in Lincoln City said that when it's particularly hot inland the coast will develop fog and cool off. The bay at Neskowin was particularly so. But we enjoyed beach time anyway.

AMAZIN PLACE

Mermaid Cove is amazing! The house is so spacious, clean, updated and fully stocked with everything a family needs to have a wonderful vacation. Lots of and Very comfortable furniture, blankets and more in every space. Two game/tv rooms, front porch, balcony and a large patio with table, grill and lounging chairs around a fire pit! Lots of kitchen wear, huge laundry room with new machines, lots of linens and towels (bath and beach), and all kinds of amenities for a fun time. We enjoyed fire pit, grill, foosball table, TVs, board games, beach chairs, umbrellas, and even a cooler; Al very new and very clean. The neighborhood is pretty and clean, most seem to be residents who take pride on their property; some units are out for rental. The house sits a short walk from the beach on the opposite side of the street, the beach is not in the backyard, but beach access is less than 50 feet away form the house. At the beach, The location is wonderful, this is the beach containing both proposal Rock and ghost beach; and it is private to this and another neighborhood so it is very quiet, clean and pleasant. We were the only ones on our side of proposal for hours the day we went. Coastal towns for groceries, supplies and entertainment along US-101 are close by, the closest being 10 minutes. The garden (we were there in summer) is gorgeous and well kept, we had deer and elk grazing on it the entire time we were there and we were able to see them, photograph and interact with them just by sitting in the front porch! The hosts are delightful and very easy to communicate with, we didn’t have any major concerns but they checked on us in case we did and responded quickly to small questions. We had a group of 8 made up of Two families, ranging from 10 y/o to 72 y/o; everyone had an amazing time and all our needs were met! Each couple had their own bedroom and the kids were all happy to share the big room, each teenager had their own full bed and the child was happy to have her own twin; the room had an additional balcony to share and they loved sitting out there. We could not have had a better time, felt more at home or had a better experience! We hope to go back some time and recommend this place 100% Thank you Holly!!!

Great place for families

Nice home, especially for larger groups, great beach access. Well-equipped kitchen, nice outdoor patio with propane fire pit! Enjoyed having 3 main living areas and 2 large dinning tables! Worked well for our family reunion! Owner great to work with:)

Great place

Fantastic location. Almost like having a private beach just across the street. House is cool. It’s maybe half way done with renovation and looks like they are really making some progress. It was clean, spread out and had everything we needed. Will probably go back next year.

Neskowin is a delightfully small community that is easily missed as cars whiz by headed along Hwy 101. South Beach of Neskowin hosts Proposal Rock and a Ghost Forest that appears and vanishes with the rolling tide and shifting sands.

You may see seals bobbing just outside of reach, or delight in finding whole sand dollars or starfish clinging to the rocks.
