It was perfect for our needs. It was close to restaurants, patisserie and supermarket. And it was a ski in ski out location making it ideal for us as skiers.

Another fab stay at our favourite place!

This is a great apartment and you will not be disappointed! We love everything about the apartment and have stayed here 3 times. We will hopefully be back again soon!

Fantastic apartment!

We had the most amazing stay in this perfect apartment. The owners were very communicative and the check in and check out very easy. The apartment had everything we needed, was very clean and had the most amazing view to wake up to every morning. Thank you so much for letting us stay - we look forward to returning soon!

Great little studio in Avoriaz

This studio is in great order and in a very convenient location for both getting on the pistes and walking into town for shopping and evenings out. What helped even more was the superb responsiveness and helpfulness of the hosts. This made our stay as easy as we could have hoped. Would happily come back.

We loved our stay at the apartment. It is not big being a studio but we were a family of 4 - kids aged 17 and 14, and it worked great. The location was perfect for access to ski in/out from the proclou run, which is a great beginner run. It is also a 2 minute walk to a Sherpa supermarket which stocks essentials, there are larger options within 5 minute walk as well. Close access for restaurants as well. A short walk for ski hire and the centre of town as well as the Folie Douce. Parking is just behind meaning transfer to the apartment is very easy and can be done on foot through the car parks. Parking de La falaise/ parking du plateau. Make sure transfers drop you here and not in Morzine.The views in the evening from the balcony are amazing. Great communication from the owners as well. An all round great experience, thoroughly recommend and will come again.

Superb location

An excellent trip from start to finish! The apartment is really well located and has everything to make your stay here as comfortable as possible. Communication with the owner is 5* and I’m sure if you had any issues (which we did not) they would be resolved immediately. Several restaurants and the Sherpa supermarket are a matter of minutes from the door. Last but not least….the sunsets!! I don’t think there is a better spot in Avoriaz from where to witness the spectacular sunsets than the balcony of this apartment. Hopefully will return here next season. Would absolutely recommend.

The apartment is very small but it is also very cosy. It really only provides the essentials but it is very well situated with all amenities ‘a stone’s throw’ away. One can ski out from the ski locker room straight onto the Proclou piste – a broad easy blue, ideal for your morning warm-up. The apartment has a lovely private balcony with unobstructed panoramic views of the Alps. The wi-fi is slow by contemporary standards but we had no problem streaming Netflix on the ‘smart’ TV. Overall the apartment represents very good value for money and we would stay there again.

Great location in Avoriaz

Really enjoyed our stay in this property. We have stayed in Avoriaz in Winter for around 5 years in total and this property is definitely one of our favourites. Pros: Perfect location for ski school, ski in / out, restaurants, shops and parking. Everything needed inside the apartment. Great communication with owner, very efficient arrival process. Cons: a little small, but frankly, almost every apartment in Avoriaz is on the small side. We felt it was good value for the size. If you want bigger, be prepared to pay significantly more or be in a worse location. No oven in kitchen - but a 4 ring hob is available. Apartments ski lockers are non-heated, so lots of people loudly wearing their ski boots in the halls and above in the morning - but it is very quiet at night so fine for us. Overall: would definitely stay in this apartment again.

Logement propre, rénové, en bon état, bien équipé, calme et bien situé. Commerces à proximité comme superette et boulangerie. Bonne communication avec le propriétaire. Totalement recommandable. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour.
