Located steps to the park and the Lake and local shopping and public transit. This apartment is situated in a Century home on the main street leading into High Park (a 400-acre park located in the city of Toronto).
Newly furnished and painted, this clean space offers double the space you usually get in a holiday rental, at a normal rate. This apartment has a large wood-paneled living room with a library and bar and fireplace. A new goose feather stuffed sectional sofa gives you a relaxing environment to watch movies on a new Samsung 55" Qled TV, and or just relax and have a glass of wine after your day of travel. If you prefer sitting in front of a fire, this large living room has a wood-burning fireplace.
The sleeping arrangement in this apartment is composed of two bedrooms with queen size beds and quality linen and duvets. The bedrooms have hardwood floors.
There are two clean bathrooms, with hairdryers, and soaps and shampoos.
If you like to cook, there is a large equipped kitchen with stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, and a selection of pots, pans, plates, and cutlery.
There is wifi throughout the apartment.
This is a basement apartment with a private entrance and keypad entrance. You must be able to walk down and up at least 5 steps to enter and leave the apartment.
Free Netflix, Amazon Video, Crave-TV, Apple Tv, and HBO, Sat-TV, local channels.
The apartment is located on the lower level with a self-check-in keypunch door lock and private entrance. You can come and go as you please.
The apartment is located with easy access to downtown, the park, or the Lake, which is immediately south of the apartment.
If you are driving, there is street parking, but you will have to get a daily permit from the city for overnight parking. There is a nominal fee and it can be done online. Details will be provided when you arrive.
NOTE: We do not provide oil salt sugar, etc. We provide you with sufficient toilet paper and paper towels to start you out. If you require more, grocery stores are a short walk from the house.
