GREAT VILLA IN FRONT OF THE SEA AND SPECTACULAR VIEWS TO THE BAY

VILLA CA'N TORRENS is located in the most exclusive residential area in the north of Mallorca. The rooms are distributed over two comfortable floors (for added privacy) with central heating for the winter and air conditioning in all rooms and lounge for the summer. The house is RECENTLY REFORMED and with brand new furniture.

 The layout of the house :

 On the first floor we have a double bedroom ( one bed for two people ) with bath en suite, living room with fireplace, satellite TV and large windows to enjoy the spectacular views of the Bay of Alcudia just 10 meters from the sea. A large well equipped kitchen and pantry. All the rooms have access to the terrace (ideal for relaxing meals with family or friends), laundry room and a guest toilet.
 
On the ground floor there is a 6 x 3 Mts pool and a large BBQ grill and Majorcan oven, a double bedroom ( one bed for two persons ) with a bath en suite overlooking the sea. Three double bedrooms ( with two single beds ) and a fully equipped bathroom next to the bedrooms. One big terrace ideal for sunbathing or reading a good book, with direct access to the sea.

All rooms and living room are equipped with air conditioning. From December to May the central heating( Gasoil ) is included in the price.

The power consumption (kWh 0.40 euros) and Ecotax are not included in the price and will be deducted from the deposit of € 300 on the day of departure. In case of breakage or damage it will be deducted from the remaining deposit.

A soothing and glimmering respite in Mallorca

A group of five, we absolutely loved our stay in this home with a breathtaking view and fantastic location in the Alcanada neighborhood of Alcudia. To start the day with breakfast overlooking the water with the morning sun streaming in was only surpassed by moonlight over the water (and in our case a full moon). The house was very well equipped, the kitchen especially and the multi-leveled outdoor spaces were perfect for everything from rocking to sunbathing to eating, sleeping and working. The neighborhood has a couple of fantastic restaurants to enjoy--both with views--as recommended by our very hospitable host. We appreciated Toni's advice on all subjects, including an English speaking taxi driver, and his quick attention to questions or concerns. Coming after our walk on the Camino Santiago, our stay in Alcudia surpassed expectations and met all our needs. What a wonderful time and memory!

just beautiful!!

this was a great property. The house is huge. But, oh, the deck!! Nobody wanted to leave deck. So beautiful sitting there looking at the water. The owner was super helpful. When I asked him where the closest supermarket was, he told us he goes right past it and he would lead us there. Spoiler alert, so nice of him, but really not needed. Take the first exit on the 2 roundabouts and drive into town. We had one small problem, and I texted him and someone was there in 15 minutes. There is construction of 2 houses right across the street, but no worries, inside the house and on the deck all you heard was the lapping of the water on the shore line. There is a path in front of the houses right on the shore line that goes for I would say 1/2 mile. it's a great walk in the morning. The house itself is not new and modern, I would describe it as comfortable. The kitchen was very well stocked. All in and all a great place to stay. Convenient to lots of things. Book it, you will love it.

Fantastic!

Everything about our stay was perfect. From the location (walkable to Alcudia Port, Alcanada Golf, hiking trails and beaches) to the host (SO accessible, responsive, helpful and friendly) to the house (View was amazing, the ocean was swimable right out the back gate, plenty of space and ammenities). We only wish we could have stayed longer.

Stunningly beautiful

Gorgeous house with breathtaking views of the water. Roomy and comfortable, with a wide veranda furnished for lounging. Comfortable beds and a well equipped kitchen. Restaurants within walking distance, and great recommendations from the landlord. An absolute gem!!!

Perfect holidays

We were 8 adults and 3 kids and the house had the perfect size. Very well equipped! Sea view is just spectacular! Terrace is perfect, as it is protected from the wind on the sides. Little beach 10 minutes walk away, direct access to the Sea (but a bit slippery), perfect spot for fishing. Calm area. Toni is a very nice host.

Atemberaubendes Erlebnis

Wir haben einen schönen Urlaub im Haus Torrens verbracht! Es ist riesig und gut ausgestattet. Das schönste ist der Aussenbereich, weil man einfach immer den tollen Blick aufs Meer hat. Zum Schwimmen geht man kurz ein paar Stufen an der Terrasse herunter und springt vom Steg. Das nenne ich Luxus! Der schöne Strand von Alcudia ist aber auch nicht weit entfernt. Alles in allem ein tolles Urlaubserlebnis, dass uns gut und gerne in Erinnerung bleibt.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen und angenehmen Aufenthalt in der Villa. Kann ich wirklich empfehlen.

Die Villa liegt sehr schön am Meer und es ist ausreichend Platz vorhanden. Man findet im Haus alles vor, was man für seinen Aufenthalt benötigt. Herr Torrens ist ein sehr aufmerksamer Vermieter und man fühlt sich sehr willkommen in seinem Haus. Wir verbrachten dort ein paar sehr schöne Tage.

Villa with perfect location

We were a family of 7 adults and one child who spent 9 perfect days in this villa. The property was ideal for our needs with spectacular views over the bay of Alucudia from its terraces. We found everything we needed in the house and were particularly delighted with the attention paid to detail ( i.e. enough beach towels and coffee making equipment which we appreciated). In front of the villa there is a charming path to the little local beach ( 10 minute walk) where the swimming was adequate for our needs, although the younger members jumped off the small jetty in front of the villa.

Fantastic villa and host!

We were a young group of 10 people in the age of 18-20 years, who stayed in the villa for 6 nights. The villa itself was just amazing. The view was unbelievable and it only takes 10 minutes to go to the city. Toni was a great host, who always wanted to help if any problems occurred. This is the perfect stay for anyone, who seeks an great villa that you almost don't want to leave because of its luxurious condition. Thanks a lot for the stay Toni. I will for sure recommend it to all I know and I don't think it will be my last time renting this great villa.

Fantastic property and wonderful stay

We had a fantastic week long stay in this villa and thoroughly enjoyed every moment. The villa is fantastic and right next to the sea. The owner is very helpful and was really welcoming. I couldn't recommend this villa more highly.

Großartig!!!

Wir waren im Ende Mai zu acht in diesem großartigen, absolut empfehlenswerten Haus. Die Lage ist außerordentlich (vom Bett ins Meer). Es liegt in einer ruhigen Anwohnerstraße nur wenige Minuten von Alcudia Port entfernt. Man kann von dort aus direkt am Meer spazieren gehen und auch nach Alcudia Port hereinlaufen. Nach Alcudia sind es nur wenige Autominuten. Das Haus ist mit allen Dingen des Alltags großzügig ausgestattet, Grill, Handtücher, Geschirr, Gläser, Waschmittel, Folien, Teelichter, Servietten, 1. Hilfe-Kasten....Nichts mußte erst besorgt werden. Es ist unglaublich; Toni kümmert sich um alles sehr liebevoll. Die Räume sind großzügig, die Betten gemütlich, jeder Essplatz spektakulär. Wenn es oben auf der Terrasse zu windig ist, zieht man nach unten zum Essen um. Wir hatten Probleme mit unseren Bordkarten; Toni hat sie gelöst. Uns hat es so gut gefallen, dass wir sofort für's nächste Jahr wieder gebucht haben.

Traumhafter Blick abseits vom Trubel

Mit 10 Personen perfekt - genügend Platz und Rückzugsmöglichkeiten. Atemberaubender Blick, sauber, super eingerichtet, direkter Zugang zum Meer (Steg). Nächster Sandstrand in Alcanada (ca. 10 min. zu Fuß). Man braucht ein Auto (einkaufen, Port d'Alcudia, Alcudia etc.). Sehr nette Betreuung. Waren wirklich rundum zufrieden. Kommen sicherlich mal wieder zurück.

Atemberaubender Blick abseits vom Trubel

Mit 10 Personen war das Haus absolut perfekt - es gab genügend Platz und Rückzugsmöglichkeiten. Der Blick ist atemberaubend. Außerdem sehr sauber, gut eingerichtet. Direkter Zugang zum Meer über einen kleinen Steg. Kleiner Sandstrand von Alcanada ist fußläufig erreichbar (ca. 10 min.); Port d'Alcudia ca. 20 min. zu Fuß entfernt. Ansonsten braucht ist ein Auto notwendig (einkaufen, Altstadt Alcudia, Markt ec.). Wir hatten eine rundum entspannte Woche. Sehr nette Betreuung.

A place you would love to return to!

This was our second visit to Mallorca, and also our second stay in this house. When we decided to spend our holiday on Mallorca again this year, we were never in doubt of the place - it had to be Toni's house again! The view and the water is fantastic - especially in the early morning! Don't miss a swim at sunrise - it's wonderful! The house has everything you need for a great holiday, good kitchen facilities, nice bedrooms, lots of sun beds and rocking chairs - and of course WI-FI. Perfect for 3 generations. The owner is very friendly, helpful and reliable. We can strongly recommend this place!

Wir waren 9 Nächte in dem Haus mit drei Erwachsenen und einem Baby (1.5) und sehr zufrieden. Das Haus hat deutlich mehr platz, wie beschrieben. Es war sehr sauber (selbst die Außenscheiben der Terrasse geputzt) und gepflegt. Das Haus ist allerdings schon älter, was man auch an diversen Stellen sehen kann. Die Lage des Hauses ist aber traumhaft und man kann nicht nur jeden Tag die Sonne über dem Meer und das Rauschen der Wellen genießen, sondern wir hatten auch noch den Vollmond über dem Wasser, was Nachts spektakulär ist. Toni, der Besitzer, ist sehr sehr nett; absolut verlässlich und hilfsbereit. So haben wir ohne Probleme einen Grill bekommen und er hat sogar noch angeboten uns die nächste Einkaufsmöglichkeit zu zeigen. Er ist auch jederzeit ohne Probleme erreichbar. Das Haus war zu der Jahreszeit sehr ruhig, allerdings kann es im Sommer in den Häusern drumherum vermutlich lauter werden. Alles in allem aber eine sehr schöne Location die zu empfehlen ist.

Perfect holiday for 3 generations.

This house is perfect. The View is stunning, the house is very well equipped, the sea is wonderful for swimming and snorkeling, and the water is crystal clear. You can enjoy the silence and tranquility here. The owner is very helpful, and we can't recommend a better place.... We would definitely love to come back. We were 3 generations - 6 adults and 3 children (14,12,10). The waterfront is not suitable for very small children, but perfect if you can swim and not looking for a sandy beach. Sandy beaches you can find very close by. We can highly recommend this place!!
