Located just 3 miles off Hwy 96, this property has something for everyone. Over 700 acres of private and state land for your personal use. Spacious 3400 square feet, 2 bedrooms, 1 1/5 bath. Breathtaking views, just 2 miles from San Isabel National Forest. Perfect for a relaxing mountain getaway! Bring your ATV/UTV, horses, Mountain Bike or hiking gear. Dark sky viewing here is a must, bring your telescope for amazing star gazing and wildlife viewing. And for our hunters, a 3-minute walk to State Land or 2 miles to National Forest access. Just 10 minutes from downtown Westcliffe, you won't find a more beautiful private serene setting. For our active military, a 10% discount will be applied to your booking, thank you for your service!
The house will comfortably sleep 6 guests with 1 King size bed, 2 full size beds, 1 Queen-size sofa/sleeper. Dog pillows for your pets are provided along with feeding bowls.

Wonderful Stay

We weren't here for long but we needed to get out of the city for the sake of our dog and our sanity on July 4th due to fireworks. Everything about the guest house is fantastic. The beds are comfy, there was just about any amenity you need including spices, detergent, shampoo, etc. At night the stars were unreal--so many, plus you can see the Milk Way. Every morning we saw deer, including one tiny fawn. We had the best time.

Beautiful cabin

This cabin is a dream and we plan to return. The cabin itself was very roomy and cozy, but the location was also fantastic. Very quiet and great views. The owners were very accommodating and took the time to alert us of a temporary road closure during our stay.

Great cabin

We had a relaxing time. The owner, Bob even took time out of his day to tell us some off the map trail riding. Would definitely stay here again.

A quiet, relaxing stay

My family stayed at the cabin a few weeks ago and had a wonderful time. We didn't have any plans but to sit back and relax, and to get out of the city for a few days. The host was very welcoming and the cabin was clean and inviting. We will be coming back for sure.

Very relaxing

We had a wonderful week in this house and it was in a great location. We hiked the state land right out the back of the house and it was so quiet and peaceful. It was also really close to town. The house had everything we needed and we had a great time. We would definitely stay here again.

Everything was perfect! Loved the area and the house was perfect. Had a great time exploring the area with our dogs. Bob was a great host who made himself available to answer our questions. Will definitely return.

Amazing elopement

The ranch was absolutely gorgeous. We spent our week hiking with our dogs and enjoying the beautiful cloudless nights and endless stars. Bob was extremely helpful and gave us many suggestions on places to eat in the near by towns. We can’t wait to go back!

Awesome, Quite Colorado Location

My gf and I loved this place along with our dogs! The cabin/house is definitely bigger than pictured. Walking through the house and out the back and seeing the mountains is like a movie. Glad we were able to stay here and can’t wait to come back for an even longer stay!
