The apartment is located at the end of a closed road and therefore extremely quiet and peaceful and is a 10-minute walk from the center of Cortina.
And 'near the forest and frequently seen deer and fox.
The apartment is on the ground floor, furnished with elegance, love and great taste, is composed of fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washer-dryer, oven, microwave, hob with 4 burners, fridge, freezer, pots and pans, living / room with views of the Tofane, 1 double bedroom with TV and private bathroom with shower, 1 bedrooms with 2 beds, 1 bedroom with 1 double, 1 bathroom with Jacuzzi, private outdoor area with armchairs to enjoy the wonderful views of the Ampezzo valley. There are a color TV with Freeview, Sky box, DVD player, stereo, iron and ironing board, hair dryer and vacuum cleaner.
The apartment is equipped with both bed linen towels and kitchen towels for the kitchen.
In the garage are available for 3 cars.
No pets are allowed and preferably non-smoking.

Spectacular Views
We absolutely love the apartment. We have stayed 2 times. The views are amazing. The woodwork and decoration in every room is exquisite. The location is great. Easy walk to Cortina and near many wonderful hikes. Can’t wait to return.

Davide and Adele were exceptional hosts—incredibly accommodating and responsive throughout our stay. When we arrived in Cortina it was snowing heavily. Davide graciously allowed us to check in hours early, which we truly appreciated.Well-stocked kitchen and squeaky clean place!Waking up to breathtaking views of the Dolomites each morning was unforgettable. While the walk to/back town is a bit hilly, it was manageable even in our snowboard boots.Thank you, Davide and Adele, for your wonderful hospitality. We had an incredible time in Cortina!

Lovely chalet
Beautifully appointed, comfortable chalet in Dolomites. 10 min walk from centre of Cortina. Very quiet. Great walking & cycling area. Lovely welcome from Adele & Davide who couldn’t have been more helpful. Highly recommended.

A beautiful spot in the valley of Cortina d’Ampezzo
This unit is beautifully detailed, with astonishing woodwork throughout and decorations on every surface. The photos in the listing show the interior; the views in all directions from the windows and the patio surrounding the unit are spectacular. The unit is a pleasant 10-15 minute walk from the center of Cortina.

Appartement formidable!
L’appartement est très bien aménagé et tout équipé, il ne manque de rien. La vue sur les Dolomites est magnifique et l’environnement très calme. La terrasse permet de profiter au maximum de cet environnement. L’hôte est très gentille et répond promptement aux messages. Je recommande fortement cet hébergement!

Magical Apartment
Wonderful, welcoming and responsive hosts. Beautiful, comfortable apartment with incredible views of Cortina and the awe inspiring Dolomiti. Perfect location. Loved that we were able to walk to town. Countless number of beautiful hiking opportunities a short drive away. We are already dreaming about a return visit next year.

Il nostro soggiorno è durato (purtroppo) solo dieci giorni ed è stato fantastico. La casa è situata in una splendida posizione con vista sulla valle e sul paese e consente di raggiungere il centro anche a piedi.
La casa è arredata in splendido stile ampezzano e curata in ogni dettaglio anche dal punto di vista delle amenities messe a disposizione della proprietà per gli ospiti. Una dimora di grande pregio ed eleganza per vivere Cortina al suo meglio, cercheremo di tornare il prossimo anno!

Amazing Apartment in Cortnina
We had a marvelous time in this charming apartment, located just outside the city. The 270 degree views of the Dolomites are spectacular! The apartment itself is decorated in the best of traditional Tirolian design. The details are remarkable! Everything was perfect, clean, and comfortable.. The kitchen was super-well stocked. Cooking in was a pleasure. Our host, Davide, was charming and easy to communicate with. It was a pleasure meeting him. If we have another happy opportunity to visit Cortina (and we hope so!), we would book this apartment again in a heartbeat! R & J, New York

Situata a pochi minuti di passeggiata dal centro di Cortina con una delle più belle viste delle Dolomiti.

Esperienza indimenticabile appartamento veramente molto accogliente e la proprietaria gentilissima.
Appartamento molto bello e molto curato in un contesto tranquillo ed lontano dal traffico ma allo stesso tempo raggiungibile dal centro in 10 minuti di piacevole passeggiata.

Una perla nella perla
Appartamento accogliente, arredato e curato con amore in ogni dettaglio dalla Proprietaria. Splendida la vista e delizioso il giardinetto nel quale abbiamo pranzato più di una volta, godendo appieno delle giornate di sole e del panorama.
La casa e' dotata di ogni comfort e di tutto cio' che può servire durante una vacanza. Oltre ad avere lavatrice, asciugatrice, lavastoviglie, aspirapolvere, ferro da stiro e una cucina super accessoriata, la Padrona di casa mette a disposizione degli ospiti la biancheria da letto, con gli asciugamani, e quella da cucina. Al nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato i letti già fatti e la casa perfettamente in ordine e pulita. Ogni camera ha la propria televisione e c'e' la possibilità di vedere anche Sky, portandosi via la tessera. Insomma esperienza più che positiva, da consigliare.
