This property is very nice and very well kept.The downside is that it is set back and not beachfront as advertised and that was a disappointment upon arrival. Once we overcame the initial assessment, it turned out to be extremely nice and very comfortable.I want to give a big shout out to the caretaker Norman, who does an amazing job of taking care of the property and the grounds . We will definitely return to this location in the future.

Our stay was amazing! The property is most gorgeous and location was perfect. The pool and beach were breathtakingly beautiful. Excellent host, replied promptly and the caretakers of the property were so welcoming! Felt like home away from home ! Rested and rejuvenated- just what we were looking for !

Wonderful place to stay!

This was a perfect place for a couple to stay. It was well decorated and had everything we needed. We want to go back and will definitely stay in the same place. It was so nice to be near the beach and to have a pool.

Yes, the ocean was visible from our balcony between the two buildings in front, which made all the difference. It was very nice to see the ocean. The unit was extremely clean and just as pictured on the Internet. Extremely easy communication with the owners instant feedback. The pool and hot tub and deck area were spectacular and extremely easy to get to the beach. They also had showers to wash off. We used the ice machine and the washers and dryers look brand new. Very close to the airport never heard any air traffic.

Great place to stay

This is a great place to stay. There are multiple units on site and everyone is so friendly. The pool is great, the view is amazing out from the pool and patio. The location is convenient to hit up great exuma beaches both to the north and south. We will look to return to exuma again

We were so pleasantly surprised at how nice this property was. We have stayed in the large condos in the past, but didn’t need the room this visit as it was just the two of us. Apartment was spacious, immaculate, well furnished, and had everything the two of us needed. We would definitely come again!

Gem in Mosstown

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the carriage house. All the basics we needed were included, central location on the island, beautiful pool and great beach. A great place to stay with kids. Also felt very safe. Would love to return again!
