The perfect destination to relax or enjoy all that nature has to offer. The 800 sq. ft. A-frame cabin features an open floor plan, loft bedroom, fully equipped kitchen, brick fireplace, large deck with lake view, secluded patio with BBQ and outdoor seating on a wooded 4 acre property.

Local activities include fishing, boating, kayaking, and miles of hiking and mountain bike trails. Lake and Klamath River access are approximately 1 mile away.

Clean and well equipped

This cabin is perfect for a family of 4. (I was with my dad and my son - 3 generations.) The host, Yolanda, was excellent! The communication for check in and check out was very clear. The place was extremely clean and very well stocked. If you are looking for a quiet place to fish the Klamath River, THIS IS IT!

A lovely getaway in a remote place

The hosts, Yolanda and Ray, were very attentive and friendly, salting the walkway and stairs and bringing us firewood for the fireplace. It was very cold outside during our stay, but the place was cozy. The bed was excellent. The spiral staircase to the sleeping loft would preclude a visit for travelers with disabilities, but this is adequately represented in their VRBO entry. Many birds and very little traffic. At this time of year, the sun barely clears the ridge behind the house, so the view on a sunny winter's day is of sunshine on the lake, which is very pretty.

We enjoyed meeting Jim and Roi and appreciated the communication we had before their arrival. They were very thoughtful and left our cabin in great condition. we look forward to a return visit.

It is a beautiful cabin very well equips. Yolanda is very friendly and easy to talk to. The area beautiful.

Host was accomodating and easy to work with

The property is clean and accurately described. The property manager/host was easy to work with. We made a reservation for 3 nights and had to cancel 1 night just a few days before; she agreed to refund us - no hassles. Thank you for making it so easy and wonderful.

Beautiful Cabin Getaway

The cabin was gorgeous! Cozy and spacious, all at once. We sincerely appreciated the helpful guidance and communication from Yolanda. We were immediately and consistently dazzled by the space, not to mention the complimentary bottle champagne. Thank you for letting us stay at your amazing cabin!

Great off the grid getaway

We came to Yolanda and Ray’s cabin to celebrate a combined late anniversary and early birthday for my wife. Yolanda was more than accommodating with our travel plans, and waiting for us at arrival were separate handwritten birthday and anniversary cards, along with champagne and more in the fridge. We loved being so close to the lake (not lakefront fyi) and cozying up by the fire. They responded quickly when we ran out of firewood too. Would definitely recommend to anyone intentionally trying to get away from the hustle and bustle and noise of life.

Fantastic getaway

I stayed here for a quiet solo getaway. It was the perfect setting. The cabin was very well equipped. Lots of quiet and woods. Yolanda was extremely helpful and accommodating. I would return for sure.

A tranquil and relaxing getaway.

My wife and I stayed in this cabin for two nights. We went in the beginning of September, and at that time of the year there was almost no traffic on the road at all. We would notice only about four cars a day driving by. This resulted in a beautifully natural environment, where the only sounds you could hear was the plentiful local wildlife. There was a family of quail that lived in the bushes bordering the main driveway, a doe and her two young fawns were never too far away, and a great variety of birds sang all through the day. For us, it was bliss. The home is very well stocked with whatever you might need, and the host was always a call away on the provided Walkie-Talkie should we have needed anything. We ended up just staying at the cabin the whole trip, but there are lots of nature hikes to enjoy (including a jaunt up the hill right behind the cabin itself). We intend to come back, and hope to have just as magical of a time again in the future.

Beautiful and Relaxing

My husband and I enjoyed three nights at this lovely property. We had the opportunity to watch several deer and quail wander the grounds along with enjoying the sight of an eagle and numerous other birds. The house was clean and full of amenities including a barbecue and washer and dryer. Yolanda was helpful in providing directions and answering questions and even brought over more charcoal. I would highly suggest this property for a relaxing retreat in the mountains.

Relaxing Getaway

The cabin was very clean, quiet, and peaceful. It was well stocked with everything we needed and Yolanda was great with communication. Be prepared to not have internet or cell service directly at the cabin. Service is spotty in the area. There is WiFi at the club house that is not too far from the cabin. I would recommend this place for a wonderful getaway.

beautiful tree house

We loved the house. It was comfortable, clean, with great views. The lake is beautiful. Best for relaxing, fishing, birdwatching. We were hoping to hike, but there wasn't any nearby. And the community center swimming pool is very small.

Great retreat

Spent a few days at this lovely cabin with a friend to escape the daily grind, and that it was - an escape. Relaxing and homey, the cabin was equipped with everything you would need and some very kind extra touches. Beautiful views and hills to walk in. Would definitely recommend.

Wonderful stay

We loved the time at this cabin. It was quiet, and lovely. We got to refresh and loved the pretty area and drives we went on. The property owners were kind and very hospitable. We would stay here again!

We had a better than expected experience! We spent Thanksgiving here with our girls and the trip was amazing and went so smoothly. Great hosts, beautiful landscape and warm cozy atmosphere.
