Beautiful property and the house was exactly as described. Comfy beds, lots of kitchen space, perfect for our group of 7. Maria suggested renting cars which is a must to see all of the wonderful beaches the island has to offer.

The perfect spot to enjoy Eleuthera! Centrally located, but you feel completely off the grid in the most private beautiful location. Love the layout of the villa with a bathroom for every bedroom. Privacy for everyone. The outdoor space is absolutely amazing. You never want to leave. Can’t wait to return next year. Just booked it again. Communication was easy and checkin was a breeze.

Fabulous Oceanfront Home! From the moment we drove up the driveway, we were surrounded by lush, colorful tropical plantings. The house is beautifully and comfortably furnished in island style including artwork by the owner throughout. The kitchen is well equipped, the outdoor gas grill an added plus. Plenty of beach towels and lovely cotton bedding. We saw very few others on the gorgeous beach where you can snorkel the close-in reefs endlessly. Highly recommend going out to some further out to see huge brilliant and plentiful healthy coral and an abundance of tropical fish. Large grouper and lemon sharks are curious and nonthreatening. Back at the house the pool is a great refresher after an ocean swim and provides a terrific evening hang. We have been going to Eleuthera for 14 years and will definitely rent Blue Palms again!

This home was perfect for our group of four. Everyone had a lovely room and their own bath. The kitchen was well equipped. We spent our days relaxing by and in the pool, or on the beach. Beautiful sunrises over the water and great snorkeling straight off the beach. House is well maintained. The host and caretaker are lovely to work with. Great find!

Great location

We really liked where this house is on the island. As a couple who stayed at the house and cooked most of our own food, it was nice to have grocery stores within 15 mins in either direction. Also some pretty amazing beaches on both sides of the island within 10-15 minutes by car. House was comfortable, pool was heated, ocean sound was relaxing, we enjoyed our time here.

Enjoyed our stay at Blue Palms. Caldor and Mercy were a great help. Home is nice but could use some updates.

Thank you, David, for your review. Critiques, with suggestions, are always welcome. We work very hard to maintain Bluepalms for the comfort and enjoyment of our guests. Essential equipment such as A/C, water filtration, generator and pool heater are new, as is the entire kitchen. The pool interior was resurfaced and retiled in Sept of ‘23. New chairs, window shades, lamps, chandelier and many linens were replaced in Sept of ‘23. Twice a year we ship pallets of items from the US to EL to refresh, renew and replace. As you stated, Mercy and her family are a wonderful asset. They responded quickly to your needs. Again, thank you for your review.

Family Vacation

We had a great week at Blue Palms. The house was perfect for all of us. The kitchen was well stocked and made it easy to cook family meals on the nights we decided to stay in. The pool/ beach front combo was a hit with our crew and the water was crystal clear. The location was private but also convenient to other beaches and sights on the island. Checking in was a breeze! We would definitely stay here again.

A Wonderful Gem in Palmetto Point

Pictures of this property just do not do it justice - come see everything for yourself. Maria and Mercy made everything so seemless and enjoyable for our family looking to get away and just relax. No stone was left unturned and we wouldn't hesitate to come back in the future!

Blue Palms Paradise

This was the perfect home and location for our family and friends. We have been to Eleuthera several times and love the central location of North Palmetto Point. This property was very clean, private and comfortable for our group. Mercy, the caretaker was very helpful and easy to get a hold of when we needed to. We love Eleuthera and will consider staying here again in future.

Amazing Stay at Blue Palms

We had a wonderful week at Blue Palms with our 3 sons (ages 21-25). This was our 7th trip to the island but our first time in North Palmetto Point. We normally do a lot of exploring of island but this location was so beautiful and relaxing with the beach and the pool right there that we found ourselves just hanging out at the house. The boys loved taking out the kayak and snorkeling right off the beach. We have not stayed at the same house twice before but definitely would stay at Blue Palms again:)

A Generator is important

All of the reviews of this house were right on, it’s beautiful. With the instability of the power grid right now, the fact that this house has a backup generator hasn’t been highlighted enough. We had a fantastic time, and would definitely come back!
