Renovated and clean studio in Waikiki for two

Walk to Waikiki beach, convention center, Ala Moana mall, restaurants, shops and many other Waikiki attractions in this newly renovated unit with a queen bed, full bath and kitchenette.

The building offers a pool, Jacuzzi, large sun deck, barbecue grills, gym (one time $5 per guest usage fee), coin laundry, wifi, café and pub.

Attached covered parking available at rate of $45/per 24 hours with in & out privileges. They take cash only. If you are staying past 7 days, please ask me about cheaper parking options.

Luggage storage service provided by our security office on the lower lobby level for $5 per bag.

There is 24 hour building security.

The view includes ocean, Diamond Head, canal, city and mountain range.

Smart cars rental is on the premises and other car, scooter and bike rentals companies are nearby within few minutes walking distance.

Unit comes with wifi internet, cable TV, window air conditioning, microwave, toaster, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, soap, shampoo, conditioner, towels (bath and beach).

Great stay

Enjoyed my stay as I've stayed here 3 times, clean, beautiful view day and night, has a hotplate if you like to cook, good security, pool on site, close to everything.

Listing pictures make it look nice and neat but it’s actually small, and definitely not renovated. Shower drain was plugged and couldn’t shower until next day when we paid out of pocket drain dissolving liquid. Water reached to ankles when showering. Dishes were dirty. Tv remote battery low, and no bathroom ventilation. Also be aware of parking fee.

Host (Shujie) is good in prompt communication and immediately resolved issues within his control.Very Compact studio, good amenities, strong wifi, good air conditioning, hot water, kitchenette with stove, microwave and full refrigerator. Value for money, walking distance to waikiki and Ala Maona, good bus/cab service and nearby food options.Apartment needs some maintenance like clogging bathtub and new carpet.High rise building security mean and common areas needs maintenance (like only 1 of 2 hot tubs was operational with max heat 92F instead of needed 104F while outside temperature was 89F).

Clean and great location

This is a studio condo within walking distance to just about anywhere in Waikiki. Very clean and comfortable. Host provided very clear instructions for check in and check out, which was a breeze. Nice views of the ocean and city - especially at night when the city lights up. Highly recommended.

Wonderful studio and views

This is my 14th trip to Honolulu, I started staying in the condo last April 2023 and stay here, the host is wonderful always answers me back quickly if I have a question, better than staying in a hotel, close to Waikiki beach 12 minutes walk and 10 minutes walk to Waikiki Centre, next door 7 eleven my favorite store, not far from alo Moana center, and park with a beautiful crystal beach, every trip I come to Honolulu I will always stay in their condos

Incredible Stay – Highly Recommend!Fantastic Host.The host was super helpful, attentive, and always available. They were lightning fast and responded instantly to every single inquiryUnbeatable Location.The hotel is in a prime, central, and highly convenient spot. It is completely walkable and just minutes from top restaurants and major services.Premium Amenities.The room features a dream bed that is exceptionally comfortable for perfect sleep. You get epic views from the windows, and the inviting pool and spa stay open until late.I will definitely stay here again!

Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber ist schnell und unkompliziert. Das Studio ist sehr gut mit dem Bus (3, fährt ca alle 10 Minuten)vom Flughafen aus zu erreichen. Es ist sauber und für einen kurzen Aufenthalt (wir waren 3 Nächte da) völlig ausreichend. Für einen längeren Aufenthalt ist es zu klein, da es so gut wie keine Möglichkeiten zum verstauen seiner Sachen gibt.

Cleanliness standards not the same for everyone ...

Although everything worked, this unit is In great need of renovations. I was given the wrong PW in the email for the Wi-Fi; luckily, the router had the RIGHT PW on it ... Very sticky (dirty) floor; sand was swept to the corners in the bathroom; only 3 facecloths and bath towels for a 9 night stay in the Hawaiian heat. No dining room table to have your meals but a tiny coffee table around 18 inch round between 2 chairs. No dresser to put your clothes in. Boogers and what looked like blood and s*** stains on the walls in the kitchen and bathroom. Slow draining bathtub/shower. You need strong arms to pull the faucet in that shower. It was a nightmare to retrieve mail that I had sent to me with instructions on how to do it from the unit owner. The mail was delivered to his mailbox but nobody had the key for this mailbox and the mailbox was not checked. I had to wait with security for the mailman to show up (hours of wait) so that I could ask him to retrieve my mail from the owner's mailbox. Note that security is not hired by the unit owner and that they have nothing to do with condo units. Security is for the Monarch guests not the condo unit tenants. With a ghost of an owner, I had to rely on security more times than I wished I had to and they did all they could without being paid for their services. The only positive is that the bed was very comfortable. I would not stay in that unit nor would I rent units again from this absent owner.

The security is non existent. Our room was broken into with a key and that a prior guest had saved. The owner admitted that he doesn’t scrub the key cards from guest to guest. Absolutely terrible situation and extremely dangerous. Will never stay here again and urge others to be careful.

Only 2 towels for 2 adults.. when request new towels got no reply at all ... otherwise a good small place to stay convenient
