The house was large enough to fit our group of 10 comfortably, clean and had a great back yard space. It was fun to watch the golfers in the morning. The kitchen was lacking some things such as wine glasses and Tupperware. Overall, we had a great stay!

The cleaners didn’t change any of the beds and they were all messed up when we walked in. Also, dirty towels in master tub and upstairs. There were some clean towels in master closet that I found to use and hot tub towels. We checked in late at night and there was no place else to stay. Nice property, but unfortunately not cleaned and ready for us. The host was quick to respond and apologized. They didn’t know the cleaners didn’t show.

Wonderful visit

We had a great stay. All was as described in the property site. It was clean, and had everything we needed. There was some spring landscaping going on but the landscapers were very accommodating to our needs. We would stay again.

Great place to spend the 4th of July

Loved the location of the property. The house layout was great with a great indoor family room and kitchen. Alson enjoyed the master bedroom suite. The outdoor space was also great and enjoyable with a view of the 17th tee on Prospector golf course. Our dog had a great time!!

Excellent Family Vacation Rental

We recently stayed in this house for 5 nights. Check-in was seamless, property was very clean and well appointed, good location and excellent / responsive property management. Seth was awesome and responded to any of our questions about the home in minutes. Much quicker than what I've experienced going through Suncadia's main rental pool. Highly recommend this property!

Beautiful House

Very nice house in nice neighborhood. Kitchen has everything you’d ever need. Tv in almost every room. Nice hot tub. Large bunk beds. Very spacious and comfortable. Game room is awesome too. We saw deer in the backyard. Not far from town. I would stay here again.

Family social distancing

Great property, Seth was awesome to work with. Attentive to any questions we had. Would definitely come back to this property. Minor details, the Heated floors in bathroom didn't turn on/work, and under cabinet lighting was out, but the property and location can't be beat.
