Gorgeous private 2 bedroom 2 bathroom downstairs garden level suite in Artists home. Enjoy the peaceful private garden and patio. The suite has been completely renovated and thoughtfully decorated using local designers and home furnishings. Gorgeous kitchen with French doors that open up to the patio and garden. Owner lives in suite above. Just blocks to Pearl Street mall shopping and dining as well as block to Mt Sanitas trail system. Our home is in the perfect location from which to explore everything Boulder has to offer.

Secret Garden

Such a lovely place. Beautiful neighborhood and close to downtown and the mountains. Host is the best! Can’t wait to stay here again.

We left after 1 night of an 11-night booking due to safety and cleanliness issues.We arrived at 8 PM after a 12-hour drive. That evening we went to dinner and came back to find the front door wide open as it didn’t latch securely. This left only a screen door between the inside and outside. It took real effort to figure out how to secure it ourselves. Cleanliness was also a problem: stained toilets, a duvet cover with brown stains in the main bedroom, and a large, clearly long-established spider web covering a full corner of one wall. Additionally there was a hole in the wall that was taped over. The driveway is also tight. We had a Tacoma short bed and it was difficult to maneuver which resulted in us having to park on the main road despite the listing showing that off street parking was available. Anything larger than a sedan or CUV will likely struggle.Given all this, we didn’t feel safe or comfortable staying the remaining 10 nights. Getting a refund was its own struggle — it took the host 5 days to confirm, with slow, difficult communication throughout.Can’t recommend this property until these issues are addressed. Only bright spot was location

Great location for a trip to Boulder

This downstairs apartment has an excellent location! We were within walking distance of great trails, Pearl Street, and parking was very easy! A few downsides is that you can really hear the people upstairs walking around, which started early in the morning and went late. The rugs could also use some cleaning or replacement. Overall, our stay was good for a long weekend in Boulder.

Cute apartment with relaxing backyard retreat.

This apartment was very cute. The kitchen was adorable, and the backyard was lovely. We were looking forward to enjoying coffee out on the back patio in the mornings, but there was not a coffee pot in the kitchen for our stay. If that’s important to you, you may want to confirm that they have one in there before your stay. The slats under the bed mattress moved, and made the bed feel not very sturdy. The apartment overall was very dark if you are someone who needs a lot of natural light. Even the lighting in the apartment was very dim. The bedrooms did not feel very homey/comfortable, more of a sterile vibe. The heated floors were wonderful in those chilly mornings. There is a private parking space large enough for one car.

Awesome location with beautiful backyard

Overall this place was great and felt like a steal. PROS Perfect location in a gorgeous neighborhood, walking distance to Pearl St and various trailheads, bike paths, etc. Private back yard garden with chirping birds and blooming flowers Private driveway/parking space Nicely decorated interior, very comfy and cozy CONS Not a ton of natural light beyond the kitchen Kitchen could be more well-stocked with pots, pans, cooking implements/staples (however host was very responsive and ordered us a set of kitchen knives when we couldn't find any in the unit)

The house was gorgeous and a really nice size. It looked just like the pictures! It was walking distance to Pearl Street and was a lovely place to stay for a month.

Gorgeous place, Great location

Lovely and comfortable apartment right near trails, shops and restaurants. Perfect location, and the apartment was delightful! My favorite feature was the heated tile floors (yum!).

Perfect in almost every way

Our stay was absolutely wonderful. The place is just as cute as it is in pictures. I absolutely loved cooking with the French doors open and enjoying my coffee in the beautiful garden every morning. Close to trails and Pearl st

Beautiful backyard!

Loved starting and ending my day in the pretty and private backyard! It was also great to have the French doors open when in the kitchen.

Boulder fun

Great accommodation. This is a beautiful property close to everything. The decor was real nice and the place was stocked with everything one would need for a great time.
