Luxury home w/ amazing views from all 3 levels + XL Hot tub!
Unobstructed lake and mountain views, a short stroll into downtown Grand Lake, a warm firepit on the deck, a relaxing lake view soak in a large 8 person hot tub, wandering moose, curious foxes, fuzzy bears, 40 min to Winter Park, 30 seconds to snowmobile trails, 3 minutes to Grand & Shadow Mtn Lakes, 3 miles to Rocky Mountain National Park. What else could you ask for?!
At the Kneeling Moose Lodge, this is a family neighborhood and we have strict outdoor quiet hours after 10pm. This is a great getaway for families and those looking for quiet and relaxation. No bachelor/bachelorette parties or other events with loud music or late-night outdoor gathering on the outside decks.
Beautiful master bedroom on 2nd floor has a spectacular view, fireplace, sitting area, full desk + extra monitor for remote working and its own large master bathroom with a jet tub and separate shower. Two more bedrooms upstairs, one with a king and another with a queen bed, these can share the 2nd bathroom upstairs. The main level has a generous kitchen with bar stools and dining room, and a very comfortable living room with a smart TV. The living room looks out on an amazing deck with stellar views of the Grand and Shadow Mountain Lakes. The deck is the ultimate outdoor relaxation area outfitted with a propane fire table, and seating for the whole group. There's also a BBQ for grilling.
The lower level has another family room to hang out in with a new smart TV, a game table that features air hockey or it rotates to a pool table. There is also a huge bunk room on the lower level with two queen over queen bunk beds (4 queen beds!) and another full bathroom. Full washer/dryer are on the lower level and available to use during your stay. The lower deck has more space to sit and enjoy the amazing lake views, and an 8 person hot tub. It is the ultimate family weekend getaway!
Important Note: 4WD/AWD or FWD w/chains are recommended during winter months due to the steep hill to get to house that can become icy! Parking for 3 cars max with extra parking available in public parking in town.
