Nice quiet spot - very pet friendly

Nice quiet clean place stocked with essentials and very responsive host 😊 It was a real plus to have our dogs with us!

Comfortable Spot

Though a quirky floor plan, the house was just as we expected. If in the area again, we will definitely stay there.

Best experience

The house was very easy to find. Close to all our daily destinations. The house has plenty of space and privacy. It is in a very quiet area and close to places for walking. My family and i lo ed it here.

Great place to stay. Cheaper than a hotel.

Two nice bedrooms, stocked kitchen, off street parking. We looked at staying in a hotel for the night and this was a much better option. It’s not Quirky at all !

Nice place

We’ve stayed before. Clint is always to easy to communicate with. Parking is great. We have a suburban and trailer it’s an easy place to park. We’d stay again

Cottage

Small but nice rooms in the place, comfortable bed, great laundry facility, and kitchen. Wifi and television was very nice to use and have access too. Owner and family was very enjoyable to work with and would do it again.

Clean Older Home

We stayed one night in this older home and were pleased with the host. The home is clean and has some updates to the house. There is a large room with a washer and dryer and also an office area that leads into the master bedroom. We will stay here again if in the area.Thank you for being a great host!

Oh goodness. What can I say except it was perfect? We enjoyed our stay. Sits nears a church, so great for families. I didn’t have to worry about the kids playing too loud. Nice annd private. Ended up being larger than I expected. The house had everything we needed and the host included really helpful check in and check out instructions. Roku on TVs so we had lots of streaming options. We knew exactly where to go and what to do. There’s not a thing we wish would be different. Location was good. Quiet area of Yuma but close enough to drive to pretty much anything.

Loose lights

Everything was great, however, in the hall bedroom with the two twin beds the light over the bed rattled every time you moved in the bed. Not a lot of fun.

First time using VRBO Great experience

The house was very comfortable. Clint was amazing when we needed to extend our stay. We will stay again and tell our friends of the great experience we had staying with Clint in the foothills

Great place

Great place if you have a trailer, plenty of room. Extra large AC that keeps this place very cool even in August. Host is easy to communicate with.
