Need a car for a stay at this lovely ptoperty

Though the one-bedroom was not particularly attractive, the property as a whole was very attractive and appealing, with tropical couryard area and pool. However, the area is isolated and industrial--fine IF you have a car. Oscar is a kind and concerned host who went well out of his way to be sure we were omfortable.

Great spot…close to everything!!

We loved every minute of our trip! The space was super clean and just as advertised! The private pool was a HUGE bonus. We rented a car and were able to easily access all parts of the island within 15-20 minutes of the place. Location was safe with plenty of places to get anything you may need! Highly recommend for the price and would definitely stay again!

Good accommodations for the price. The traffic noise and neighbor's barking dogs were annoying at times. We would stay there again though. We very much enjoyed the pool. The provided beach chairs, beach towels and cooler was much appreciated. Oscar seems like a wonderful and caring human being. Thanks for the knowledge of the island.

Do not hesitate-great place and owner!

Stayed 5 nights in the studio apartment and couldn’t be happier! Oscar and Norman were fantastic hosts and were super helpful with questions I had throughout my stay. Amazing Private Apartment in Great Location

This property offered it all. It was very clean. The host was excellent. It is in a great location central to all of Aruba. It was very secure with a large private courtyard. The shower has hot water with very good water pressure. There was some road noise, but it wasn’t very bad. Also, it does have dogs barking next door. These were a little annoying, but considering the price, location, and accommodations, this place may be the best bargain in Aruba. The place is so well ran. The host, Oscar knows his stuff. The property was not only clean, every inch of the entire property was well maintained. I’m not easily impressed, but this place impressed me and my wife. We stayed in unit #1. That was the smallest unit. The other units appear armed vacant during our stay.it was plenty of room. The air fryer cannot operate at the same time as the television, but that was not a real issue. I would not only recommend my friends to stay here, but would think they are out of thier minds to not stay here. It looks great online, but it looks 5x better in person.

Excellent quality for budget conscious travller!

This property was exactly as shown. Check in was easy and all the information we needed was provided ahead of time. Room and grounds were immaculate and clean! Patio area and pool were lovely! Could easily hang out there and enjoy if we hadnt been beach hopping. Oscar was very sweet and caring! A perfect host! We were especiallly thrilled that the room came with beach chairs, beach towels and a cooler for our daily beach trips. 😁 Room has an air fryer, small coffee pot amd basic litchen utensils. We had a rental car which helps a lot. But there is grocery shopping close by. We would recommend this property for budget conscious travellers (couple or solo) as it provides all basic needs in a safe, friendly and clean place. 😁

Very nice , very friendly , helped me get a car rental and even walked me through the property unit and explained to me where’s everything and how to use everything . Good guy! Great stay , will definitely be coming back

Very Pleasant Stay

We had a wonderful stay! Oscar was a very accommodating and hospitable host. He went above and beyond to ensure my wife and I were comfortable. They even included us in their dinner plan!!! I will most definitely stay at this property again!!

Fantastic environment

Off the path location that is still a 7-15min drive from most things. Pool and amenities are top notch so be if you want to go out everyday or lounge by the pool, in the hammock and so forth.

Quiet and Relaxing property.

Oscar the host is very attentive..He was there upon arrival. The pool and the courtyard was clean. Neighborhood is safe ..Our room was clean and bathroom was big.. Thank you Oscar.

Quiet Respite on the Island

Very nice stay for a very reasonable price in a pleasant setting. Gorgeous courtyard with pool to relax from touring, including options for shade, a shower for rinsing, and outside dining. Our room was fairly basic and include a limited kitchen with a few utensils, small refrigerator, hot plate, and microwave. Bathroom was very spacious with hot shower (on demand). The property is decorated nicely, gated, and well secured in a decent, centrally located neighborhood. This is a great bargain but don’t expect the Ritz by the beach. For that you will need to pay a lot more money per day. This rental property is a great value for a couple looking for a clean and safe base to tour the island from.
