Great experience overall. House was clean and met our expectations. Easy bike ride to the beach through the wooded bike trail next to the condo. Evening bike rides to Coligny made for a full day of fun.

We loved the location and the condo! The surroundings were gorgeous, it was close to everything, clean, welcoming, cozy and well decorated. Loved that our pup was welcome! There were even spare pet beds that she laid around on. Lisa is an absolutely fantastic host. She checked in every now and then and her response time was quick. Looking forward to going back!

H! We just did a lot more upgrades! New toilets, new bath faucets, new vinyl stair treads, 3/4 of baseboards newly painted along with stair handles and more.

This unit was perfect for our family. It was clean and comfortable. The location is great and close to shopping and the beach. I would highly recommend staying here.

Host was very responsive . Screen door out to the the balcony was broken, the post said two bikes come with the rental and they don’t . Host did refund me 50 for the inconvenience of not having the bikes .. there was no hair dryer but post said there was so I had to go buy one ..

Hi. Screen door is now new, Thanks for the updates we use to offer bikes. No longer due to liability. On the hair dryer it often disappears. I am surprised at a 6 since you said you were truly enjoying the condo, the location, the new cart and beach chairs etc.

Great HH Visit

We had a great time during our stay. The location and property were great. Short walk to the beach. Many restaurants and shops bikeable. Property was pleasant and enjoyable.

Great Family Stay

This villa was perfect for our family to get together for the week of Christmas. The location was very convenient to walk or bike to the beach. Lisa was a good host with instant communication to answer our questions. Would stay again.

Fun times in HHI

We enjoyed our stay! Plenty of room for the family, so convenient to the bike path leading to the beach, host was wonderful in giving great ideas and making sure we were comfortable!

Nice place though stay

Had 4 guys stay here while we played in the Golfweek Amatuer Tour National Championship. Place was very clean and just as advertised. Would recommend for anyone looking for a spacious clean place at HHI.

Great Pet-Friendly Vacation

We booked the property for the Hilton Head Marathon (which was cancelled). I had no idea it was so close to the beach. The property was within walking distance of the beach and several dog-friendly places to eat. It was a wonderful place to vacation with our dog. Lisa was wonderful about sharing information to make our stay as pet-friendly and enjoyable as possible.

I absolutely loved the condo and liked that it was three levels which gave us more privacy.

HHI- first visit

This condo was everything we didn't know we needed! Seemingly secluded while being a short walk, bike or car ride to your heart's desire made for a wonderful vacation . The grounds were well kept and the condo was clean, comfortable, and very spacious.

Wonderful view

The home is a wonderful place! The view from the balcony and dining room is great! The bed in the master was comfy, and the kitchen and bathrooms well stocked. There many stairs but worked out great for me! Very close to bike paths and walking trails! We hope to stay again

Super clean! Very comfortable! Short walk to the beach. I would absolutely stay here again. Everything was exactly as described. Well equipped kitchen and nice pots and pans. We cook quite a bit and this was the best

Beautiful Surroundings and Nice Inside

We loved the location and the landscaping was outstanding - relaxing being in the treetops. One of the few places dog friendly in the area and the inside was very nice and clean. For seniors - be aware that there is a long walk to the entrance from the parking lot and steps up to entrance and 3 levels with entry on the bottom level - so if you have alot to bring in (then groceries) or difficulty walking/doing steps it can be exhausting for seniors. Overall great stay and host was great.

Had a great time

Plenty of room for family of 5. Nice location, with a short (6-8 mins) walk to the beach via a shaded walkway. Two bikes provided, making trip to beach even quicker. Several onsite pools available too. Well equipped unit, furnished with everything we needed to enjoy our 1 week stay. Owner provided plenty of detailed info, and was very responsive to questions. Would definitely recommend.

We take pride in keeping our condo updated. . We have owned this three bedroom/condo for 20 years and plan on retiring in Hilton Head Island. .We visit eight times a year and every visit we add upgrades to our condo/villa.

A bike ride to the beach 5 minutes or less, a bike ride to Coligny for dining and shopping pleasure in 15 minutes, three pools on the development only 2 to 4 minutes walk. The pool is quiet and has a great clientelle of people to visit with year around. Pool open April 1 and closes October 1.

This property has just over 1961 square feet with vaulted ceilings in the living room and master bedroom giving an open and spacious feel to your vacation. Two bedrooms are downstairs with one bath and the master bedroom is upstairs with its seperate bath offering quiet and peace from the guests on different levels.
