Great home for us to use as a vacation headquarters for all our kids and grandkids at the lake. Convenient to all Newfound Lake has to offer from boating and swimming to hiking.

We booked this house for a family vacation and it was absolutely perfect! Plenty of space for everyone to relax. And the hike down to the lake is definitely worth it! 10/10 would book this house for our annual family trip again.

We had a great week with a family of 13. The house was amazing, very clean and well stocked. The private dock was nice, there were 8 kayaks for our use. The kitchen had more than enough dishes and utensils.

Wonderful experience. Family vacation. 6 adults and 4 children. 8-13. Great home. Great host. Had everything. We hope to return in the next couple of years. Could not ask for anything more.

Nancy went above and beyond to ensure we had a lovely stay. The kitchen is so versatile and welcoming- we had a large group for a winter ski trip and the cozy fireplace was the perfect spot for gathering. Can’t wait to come back!

We had a wonderful long weekend at this spacious, extremely well organized and appointed house. Nancy has thought of everything, right down to an abundance of beach towels ready for the hot tub or lake. Our party of 9 enjoyed the hot tub, the assortment of activities in the lower level (ping pong, darts, foosball, etc), the waterfront (lots of kayaks!) and the many seating/dining areas available. It is a great house with a great setup! We wished we had a full week to fully enjoy all that was available. We would DEFINITELY stay here again!

This home is spacious and beautiful. The owners have thought of everything to make your stay enjoyable. Contact with the host was exceptional. There is just so much to enjoy about this rental. My family had an amazing stay and hope to go back!

I have rented many homes for our family's annual summer vacation week and this one is now at the top of the list. It is a spacious and beautifully appointed house, situated above one of the loveliest lakes in New Hampshire. While a long stairway leads down to the dock, that did not deter all three generations of us from making the trip several times a day. It's a perfect lake for swimming and kayaking or for simply lounging on the dock. What makes this place so special is all the little extras with which the host has furnished this home. As just a small example, there is a first aid drawer and a toiletries drawer; there is an abundance of towels, both for the bath and the lake; there are comfy couches in every room. There is also a well-equipped kitchen, replete with all the appliances and cooking gear you might need, as well as a generously-stocked cupboard of pantry basics. Everything seems to express the host's genuine interest in the comfort and happiness of her guests. The overall impression is one of warm and generous hospitality. Our family loved every minute here.

Great NH lake house

We (six adults from 20's to 60's) had a great stay. Beautiful, very clean, amazingly well-stocked house, very responsive host. Enjoyed the downstairs game room, the kayaks on the lake, lounging in the sun room, and hiked many nearby trails.

Beautiful property, ideal location

The property is perfectly situated overlooking Newfound Lake, and the swimming, kayaking, and canoeing equipment was thoroughly enjoyed. The area is full of scenic and fun destinations, including Newfound Lake, Flume Gorge, Mt. Washington, Lake Winnipesaukee, and much more. Our stay was memorable, and the property could not have been nicer!
