Our first time staying at this beautiful house...it's is very clean ..roomy had everything you need in the large kitchen... big living room... Showers had great water pressure which is important to thick haired women.....huge deck with many rocking chairs and large table with chairs to sit and listen to the ocean and smell the salt air....my brats (kids) and my littles (grandkids) had the best time makin' memories on our annual beach trip ....and look forward to next summer. Thank you Chris for always responding to my text messages in a timely manner.... beautiful beautiful house....

Beautiful Home, Great Location!

We loved everything about this beautiful home. We couldn’t ask for a better place to enjoy our vacation. Just a short walk to the beach as well. Close enough to be able to see and hear the ocean.

We love Priceless

We've stayed at other villas in the past, this villa is exceptional!! Close to the beach and accommodation are perfect!!! Love all the furniture, the kitchen is fully stocked!! We will always stay at priceless.

Fantastic place!!!!

This beach condo is awesome. It is super close to the beach access and has everything you would need for the beach including chairs and umbrellas!!! The condo was very clean and we enjoyed ourselves greatly! We will definitely be back!!!!

Great location, great property

This property worked perfect for our stay. We had two families with a total of 5 adults and 5 kids. The layout was perfect. I can easily recommend this property. The owner was quick to reply on any questions.

Priceless

Had an amazing time again! Our 2nd family vacation here and as always the condo had everything we needed and more! Our grandchildren and our grown children said they can't wait to come back again next year, so we'll be here again!

“Priceless” was fabulous!

Such a beautiful beach house literally 1 minute to the beach. The home is the perfect place for a large family with all the amenities you need. The neighbor is very nice as well. We will be back next year!

Priceless is the best !

This is our 4 th year staying at priceless and we absolutely love it. Great location to the beach!! The owner is wonderful and so is the condo. The condo has so much to keep my grandchildren Occupied!! We are already booked for 2020.

Highly recommend, would stay again!!

This condo exceeded our expectations! It was so spacious and nice. The kitchen had everything we needed plus some. The location was great, just a short walk to beach access. The deck was so big...it was our favorite spot to drink coffee and eat meals. Bedrooms, bathrooms and laundry room were also perfect. This place truly felt like home...a little too much because we didn't want to leave!

Wonderful accommodations!

Our stay here was wonderful. The villa itself was nicely decorated and very clean. The porch was really nice as it had rocking chairs and a very nice table that seated 6 people so we could have meals outside which was great! The beach access is really close which was great. Kitchen is well stocked with anything you may need. Owners were easy to contact, quick to respond and provided great information about the villa as well as things to do in the area, places to eat, etc. Would definitely stay here again!

Restorative beach trip

Other reviewers said they didn’t want to leave; I completely relate. It’s immaculate, spacious, steps from the beach. It’s a quiet, well-kept neighborhood. I appreciated the elevator and shaded deck with a lovely breeze. We used the beach chairs and umbrellas.We are looking into a repeat visit.

Priceless is my home away from home

This is our 3rd year at priceless. I just love Chris, she is always so quick to respond to my questions. We love this condo. It has everything our family of 10 needs. Convenient to the beach, shopping, and restaurants. Can’t wait to go back in 2019.

“Priceless” is the perfect name!

The online pictures do not display the beauty of this rental. Clean and equipped with everything one needs for a relaxing beach trip! Communication with the owner so any questions were quickly answered. We hope to rent again!

Oceanview Villa

We spent a week at Chris and Bryan's villa in August of both 2010 and 2011. We were very happy with the accommodations and glad that we could bring our cairns with us. The owners closet beneath the unit has everything you might need for a week at the beach. We especially enjoy sitting on the covered deck and watching the ocean with our family, friends and pets.
