Large house with 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, large den, newly remodeled kitchen and dining room with table that seats 8. Outdoor area for grilling and relaxing includes patio furniture and a large screened in front porch. There is plenty of parking including a covered carport. Plenty of room for boat parking and hose for easy clean up after a day on the water. Downtown area is within walking distance with a variety of shops, restaurants, grocery store and pharmacy. Walking trail and park are located one block from the house. Fenced in area for pups with doggie door off the screened porch.

Took the boat to scallop friends took theirs as well location was perfect to boat launch and to eat afterwords

Nice quiet place

Very quiet and a piece full place, dog friendly, 1 block from the gulf, less than a mile from downtown.

Nice relaxing stay

Nice roomy home near downtown Port St Joe. The kitchen was outstanding. Close to good restaurants and shops in town. Really beautiful and uncrowded beaches a short drive away. The screened in porch was a great place to unwind after a day at the beach.

Such a great location and lots of room

I have stayed in a lot of VRBO and this on by far has been my favorite.. Lots of room and so close to the town and the water just a short drive and you are there. Next time we will rent the house and the little cabins behind it so we can bring additional family and all can spend time together in the house and still have there own space.

Perfect weekend get away

We’ve love this property in Downtown PSJ. We have stayed here the last couple of years when we come to go scalloping. It’s a perfect location near the boat ramps, stores, gas stations, and restaurants. The house is very clean and has everything you need and more. We will definitely be back again next year.

Quick get away

Great location, a little problem with garbage disposal and sink on arrival that was quickly taken care of the following morning. Great location and quiet neighborhood with Plenty of room to park

Perfect for us!

We stayed at Kathy’s place for a weekend get away with friends/family. It was perfect for what we needed- charming outside courtyard, roomy inside, parking for the boat! The location was great to walk downtown Port Saint Joe. We loved the large dining room table that let all of us sit comfortably and play games. Communication with Kathy was great. We would definitely stay here again!

Fishing trip with son

Quiet area and I found everything clean and in working order. The only surprise was the shared laundry room. This was not an issue but just didn’t know this before booking. The host were very responsive to questions. I hope to return soon.

Time with Port St. Joe family.

property was clean and nice. Learned of sheared washer and dryer when we checked in. Was not happy about t hat. Other wise the house and property was fine.. It was very close to my daughter's business in St. Joe.

Great place for several dogs; good amenities too

The place was big and had a nice if small fenced side yard off the porch. Quiet safe neighborhood, with nicely updated main bathroom and kitchen. The huge master bedroom was perfectly roomy for crating dogs even with the sofa bed.- can see a family staying in that part of the house , and had a French door leading to the cute patio. A tv in there was nice in addition to the large screen tv in the huge family room. It didn’t matter about not being on the beach as that is a very short ten minute drive ! The screened porch will be a Huge bonus when the mosquitoes start to get busy later this month …

Clean house

House was clean and had everything we needed. The owner was very nice and responsive to any questions/needs we had. I will say the house is not kid-proof in the sense there is quite a few Knick knacks around. I definitely had to keep a watchful eye on my little ones (3 boy 5 and under) to make sure they didn’t destroy the place. But honestly I have to do that anytime we go to someone else’s house anyway lol. I liked that the house had Roku in the living room with quite a few apps downloaded including ones for kids. We would definitely stay here again

Family Thanksgiving

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit with family for Thanksgiving. The house was the perfect size for a large get together. The kitchen was perfect for preparing food. We loved the front porch. Our dog did, too!!

Perfect for us

It's a perfect place for people with pets. Large rooms, easy clean-up. Has a doggie door to a fenced side yard. Great for people too. Everything you need in a kitchen and bathrooms. Beds were comfortable. It's not "elegant" but we don't need elegant. It's a few blocks from downtown with some fun restaurants and shops. You can walk to the ocean but not to a swimming beach... but who swims in late November (not at our age, anyway). There is a nice walking trail a block away. Everything went very smoothly.
