it is a good vrbo house with lots of beds and play options for kids, we enjoyed our stay here with 12 adults and 4 kids. Cooking utensils and spices provided. overall a nice stay for a weekend get away. Location is convenient and safe. Garage and other exteriors are not maintained clean and lots of trash and junk in the garage. chairs were not in good condition and unable to use them for our camp fire, which we planned but couldn't able to meet the expectations. Game room is nice but the ping pong table needs maintenance and the broken ping pong rackets. bring your own if u plan to. nice communication from host and given us complimentary early check in and late check out.

Thank you for the review Venkata. We are very glad that you enjoyed the house, and very sorry the chairs were not usable. That is an issue we have since addressed. The garage is not part of the rented space. We generally keep it locked. I am sorry for any misunderstanding there. I will certainly make sure that any ping pong paddles that are not usable are removed. We do keep a supply of extra on site. I am sorry I did not know there was an issue there. Great Gathering Place

We now have such a large family that we are always looking for a place to gather for the holidays and this place was the perfect place for our family Thanksgiving. Host communicated with me several times to ensure our stay was great. Location was convenient to several places to visit during our stay.

Great place

Easy to relax and unwind, plenty of room, entertainment for kids and adults. Perfect place close to the marina if you came to fish. Great over all!

geat retreat

House was perfect for our company retreat. The proximity to restaurants and lake was excellent as well as the amenities (pool tables, ping pong, open space) was perfect for our group.

Great house with plenty of space and large bedrooms!

Our group had a great time at this home even though we had bad weather. The rooms were large and home itself was great for our group. The fire pit outside was also a nice touch to enjoy in the evenings. Would definitely stay again.

Great family get-a-way!

Our host made our stay very pleasant. The house was just as it is shown in the pictures. Very spacious. Clean and great location. Very quiet neighborhood and private.
