Doesn’t take weather conditions into consideration
The home is extremely drafty. Cabinet door above non-ADA toilet does stay shut. It can cause injuries. It was very inconvenient to have to constantly go in and out of the garage. Get out of the vehicle to close the garage/get back in vehicle. Get out of vehicle to open the garage to get into the house, Ihave stsyeoat other BNB ZIin the same area where garage door openers where available. I understand that the owner doesn’t want someone to forget a key or a garage door opener but that the nature of the business z. The owner needs to be more accommodating. My biggest issue is that the owner won’t spend the money to have curtains in the master bedroom that cover the entire windows. Curtains don’t cost that much and it’s a huge privacy problem. The home is sparsely furnished and the furnishings that are there are not useable. This home doesn’t meet ADA standards and that is just an indication that the owner doesn’t give a damn about the comfort of the guest. My suggestion is don’t use this home as your next BNB because you won’t be able to take a hot shower.
