Climate Control: The house is equipped with 2 mini-split systems. Please do not set the temperature below 69°F in the summer or above 75°F in the winter, as doing so may cause the pipes to freeze and stop working.

Laundry: Washer and dryer access available only for stays of 30+ days; shared with other unit

Noise Potential: You may hear barking dogs or noise from the neighboring unit
