Fully equipped home with many extras: Free long distance calls in US, Free WiFi, Broadband, XBox 360 with Kinetic, extended cable TV, SIrrus Satellite radio, Select Comfort King Size Bed in Master Bedroom, games, crib, playpen, strollers, baby monitors, high chair, bikes, golf clubs and more at no additional charge. Attractions such as Sea World, MGM studios, Animal Kingdom, Universal Studios, Harry Potter, etc., outlet shopping, restaurants and several world class golf courses are nearby. After spending the day at the parks come back and maximize your time in the enclosed Southern exposure heated pool and spa. Enjoy the sparkling pool and the bubbling spa. The Bar-B-Que patio showcases gas grill.
There are 2 master bedroom suites both with King Size Beds, 3rd bedroom double bed and 4th bedroom has 2 twins and 5th has bunk beds with a full and double.

Hosts excellent communication, clear and informative information send pre arrival, villa itself is a tad dated and needs some TLC, had a couple off issues during our 3 week stay and hosts were very quick to responds and had repairs done unfortunately poollights never worked which limited the use on an evening. Very spacious and well equipped villa. Took around 50 mins to get to universal and around 30 mins to disney

This was an amazing property!!! We enjoyed the home and all of the room that was available for us.We spent four days at the theme parks. There are so many additional amenities at this property. There are two strollers in the garage and we used one at the parks to put our backpack and additional packages in!!! This was a life saver!

This was actually my third time staying at this property. We love the location and quiet area. The villas has everything we need and this time we stayed with you here children so they absolutely loved the pool area and was very grateful for the pool toys and floats available. Joann and Jim are absolutely fabulous as always and we never have a fault with the stay or the service. Even while I was there I messaged to ask which switch turn on which light and within minutes Joann was helping us. We are all very grateful and happy with our stay and can’t wait to return again.

Loved the communication with JoAnn, so easy to contact. Pool was awesome after a day at work. All amenities were there for us. Everything about it was great.

We had the best time felt like Home to us walked in and needed nothing but wish we had more time bed was comfortable slept like a baby. Could say a million things but can’t wait to rebook is for sure

We felt this was a good rental home for the price. Not too far from the Disney parks, easy check in/check out process, and plenty of space for everyone to spread out. The main issues we had were that the wifi was spotty and slow at times (but it did eventually work), and the hot tub was not very hot and didn’t seem able to be adjusted. Overall we had a good stay.

Great Florida Location

We were so happy with our stay at this house. Plenty of space, all-day sunshine in the heated pool, close to Disney, and all of the household amenities you’ll need during your stay. Thank you Jim and Joanne for a great experience!

This house served our purposes quite well. There were some minor issues with the pool and JoAnn was on top of them and worked to correct the situation for us

Great place

Other than the hot tub/ pool heater not working until the last full day of our stay, and the neighbors rooster, which was a funny surprise, the house was great. Served our needs perfectly. Would stay again.

The house is centrally located, near many Florida attractions, it is in a quiet established neighborhood, since it is the corner lot of the culd-de-sac it has a large yard with a privacy fence and the enclosed heated pool and spa are Southern exposure so you have the benefit of the sun all day instead of just a few hours.
