Conveniently located just 0.5 miles from the center of Hollywood, FL you will have several options for how to spend your trip- just minutes away. This city is both relaxing and exciting with a vibrant downtown arts district and beautiful beaches.

The space
This downstairs modern dwelling is tucked into a tropical yard filled with signature Florida palm trees and lush vegetation. When you arrive, you'll find yourself at the front patio which features comfortable seating and a shaded outdoor dining table. This is the perfect spot to enjoy the beautiful Florida weather during the day and night.

Upon entering this light & bright apartment you'll find a beautiful small kitchen with a new quartz countertop and stainless steel sink, fully stocked with all the essentials, with views into the garden. Connected is a small and bright open living space equipped with a futon that folds into a twin-sized bed for additional sleeping accommodations. With a flat screen smart TV, you will have access to infinite entertainment options.

Just off the living room, you'll find a spacious bedroom with a working station, ample storage, fresh linens, and complimentary toiletries for your stay. The en suite bathroom is updated with charming fixtures and artistic elements. For maximum comfort, this home has been equipped with ceiling fans and mini split (heating & air) located in the bedroom for those warm Florida days.

Other things to note

Guests will have full access to the unit along with 1 reserved parking space and many free street parking,There is a laundry room on site available for guest use (no coins needed). This unit is downstairs and is shared with the upstairs vacation rental unit. Please note that the front yard and laundry room is a shared space.

Not the best place

To start it off the property manager took days at a time to answer me and my questions leading me to have to call Vrbo for help multiple times just to get the information I needed to get to the place. For the place it’s self it was quite clean and nice although, there was trash all over the yard and didn’t seem very up kept along with the tub faucet was broken and we had to fix it ourselves just to be able to shower. If you plan on staying here with more than 2 people i would highly suggest not to, just because of the size of the place.

Wir waren enttäuscht

Um 15.00 Uhr am Anreisetag hatten wir noch keinen Code um einzuchecken. Ein Anruf beim housekeeping ergab, dass sie keine Infos hatte. Wir informierten sie dass wir am Abend mit 3 Personen anreisen würden. Das Sofabett für die 3. Person war total verkrümelt, fleckig, durchgelegen und sehr unbequem. Nur ein Laken, kein Kissen keine Zudecke. Ein Anruf beim houskeeeping ergab die Antwort, ich komme nicht, wenn sie was wollen rufen sie morgen an. Wir mussten uns mit Badhandtüchern als Zudecke behelfen. Ein Nachricht an den Vermieter hatte die Antwort: Wenden Sie sich an housekeeping. Zwei weitere Anrufe dorthin waren erfolglos. Die Bitte um Rückruf hatte keinen Erfolg ein weiterer Anruf wurde weggedrückt. So kauften wir und eine Decke. Die Stühle im Freien waren mit verschimmelten Polster versehen oder kaputt. Tisch, wie auf dem Foto, gab es nicht. Fön nicht vorhanden. Nachricht an den Vermieter, ergab immer nur den Hinweis, wenden sie sich an houskeeping, obwohl wir geschrieben haben, das sie für uns nicht erreichbar ist. Das Bett im Schlafzimmer war okay und die Küche gut ausgestattet.
