Overall it was very nice. Only complaint is the smell/taste of water = sulfur. Eventually (~2 days) smell went away.

Friendsgiving 2024

Had some electrical issues & bedroom TV not working. Spare room bed not comfortable, a bit loud too.... Otherwise it was cozy & always nice spending time with friends!!

Thank you for your review. After three days of going around and around with Comcast they finally sent a tech out and the TV is repaired. Message me if you decide to book again so we can work something out

Great with couple problems

It was great however the plug in small bedroom sparked and caused an outage in the bedrooms and bathroom fortunately my partner knew how to fix it at the breaker box. The bathroom sink also didn’t drain very well.

I am so sorry you had some issues during your stay. Had we been made aware, We have a full time maintenance person that lives on property and is available 24/7 so that we can quickly respond to any concern. We do hope you join us again in Vacationville

A couple problems

The first night when I went in the TV didn't work. I called and then the maintenence guy knocked on the door the next morning at 9:00 am. He had to fix the one in the bedroom with and that took about 30 minutes. The one in the living room he had to change to another HDMI. Someone should make sure those work. Just to decompress when people check in it's nice to be able to have the tvs work. Also the main bedroom the outlets didn't work. That made it difficult to use plug in my cellphone next to the bed to have it handy and be able to charge. Also I had to find an outlet to plug in somewhere else to use my blow dryer and hair iron so it wasn't convenient. Just things to be a little more thought put into for the next person. It only would take a minute for the person cleaning the house to check and make sure the TV works. Also there were no kitchen garbage bags. I bought some and left them. I noticed there were some in the bathroom but not the kitchen. Gina

I am so sorry you ran into some issues during your stay. Normally the housekeepers check all TVs and leave 5-6 extra garbage bags, clearly they missed this. Hopefully other then those items, you were able to enjoy your stay. Thank you again for letting us know and I will remind housekeeping.

The place was clean and convenient. All amenities were available and everyone was kind.

I stayed in Birch Bay for parent week at WWU for one daughter and the 16th birthday of my youngest daughter. It was perfect.
