Lake view was great in this vintage, cozy cottage! Enjoyed the deck and porch area, fishing from dock and kayaks that were provided. Easy launching kayak from sandy shore area. Appreciated the detailed directions to this clean cottage.

We had a very peaceful and quiet stay. The cabin was quiet and comfortable, and the beds were especially comfortable. It was a great place to unwind and close to my family for a brief visit. The only thing I would suggest would be adding blinds to the living room for a little more privacy. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and definitely recommend it.

This cottage was absolutely perfect for multiple generations of our family. We enjoyed the picnic area, fishing off the dock, and using the kayaks. Would definitely rent again!

The cozy cottage lived up to its name. A great place for my sister and I to connect and unwind. The beds were comfy and cozy. Sitting on the deck with morning coffee was incredible. We played games on the porch in the evening. The beach is clean and fine for wading or swimming. We didn't take the kayaks out as planned, but that's ok. It was a little hard to find, my GPS wasn't cooperating very well so we got lost. However a call to Craig and we had a rescue within 5 minutes. We will be back.

Fun time away

My best friend and I needed some time away to relax, this was very much the place! The beds and pillows were so comfortable and the lake provided a stunning view

We had an amazing long weekend on Rose Lake. The cottage is so cute, and was just right for our family. Highly recommend staying here. Lots of family fun with swimming, kayaking, fishing, playing games, grilling out, and s’mores around the fire pit. Perfection.

Between me and my brother, who co-owns the property, we have literally grown up on this lake. Starting in 1979 our family bought a neighboring cottage on the lake. We have been spending our summers up here ever since. It truly is one of the best lakes around.

Por qué eligió esta propiedad

Being that this was one of the first few places on this lake, they had the choice back then of picking the best view and beach combination. It's sandy shore does not get too deep too fast, and the views are great but still sheltered. It's just a great spot on a beautiful lake.
