The location was ideal for the views of the lake, proximity to the lake and restaurants.A major benefit was the underground parking.Lois, the manager was excellent and all in all it was a very homely experience

This unit has a great location with a view of the lake, the boardwalk, and a beautiful park. It has a lovely balcony to watch the lake activities and is walking distance to good restaurants, trails, shopping, and water sports. The unit itself is modern and beautifully decorated, and has everything you might need for a fun stay in Kelowna. The property manager and owners are friendly and very responsive.

We had an excellent stay and would definitely recommend this place to anyone. The unit itself was lovely and well equipped. It was also nice to be able to walk to so many restaurants or along the water. An ideal spot- especially if you enjoy being in the heart of things. The check- in was a breeze and having secure underground parking was also a huge plus. We would happily go back!

We recently stayed here for 4 days while in Kelowna for our daughter's wedding.We chose to stay here instead of the popular hotel on the water. Everything about this place was spectacular. The location is right downtown and there are restaurants everywhere within walking distance. It was so nice to sit on the balcony with such great views of the mountains, lake and park. The owner allowed us to have a very early check-in which we so appreciated. Check-in with Lois was so easy. This unit is exceptionally clean and beautifully decorated and I felt at home. It's the same decor style as my home :) It was well equipped with everything you could possibly need.It truly was 5 star plus for us. We would stay here again and would highly recommend this as the best place to stay in Kelowna.

This is a lovely property located near everything at the waterfront. Many dining options, groceries, and recreation are all steps away. The place is clean and nicely decorated. The host is very responsive and check in and out were easy.

Great location in very clean, comfortable and functional space. The location could not have been better. The liaison to the condo was great and took care of any issues quickly. We would definitely stay again. It was perfect.

We found this gorgeous apartment after searching for a place that looked perfect for our 1st visit to Canada, we asked a few questions prior to booking & before we arrived. Laura was amazing at replying quickly. Her place ia stunning! Perfect location, close to the lake and we had perfect timing for 'Meet me on Bernard St' so we were spoilt for choice on places to eat alfresco. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony, watching the world go by, the decor inside and out is very nice. After a long day, the bed was like sleeping on a cloud we found it super comfortable. There was ample storage space with three wardrobes contains several shelves/drawers/rails. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need loved the Britta filtered water in the fridge on arrival amd the A/C was bliss. The fireplace can be used just for ambience with choice of colour. The lift was quick to use and spacious enough for large cases and the parking was great. If we ever get back to Kelowna we 100% would rebook this little gem!

Great location

We enjoyed our stay for one week, location was very convenient and central. It was great to be able to run on the boardwalk, and be a few steps away from many restaurants and coffee shops.

We had a great stay here! The unit is very well appointed and located close to lots of activity, restaurants, and park areas. It is a well managed building. The suite is quiet. The neighborhood is vibrant.

Perfect Getaway for a Couple!

Not only a modern, clean, cozy apartment, but a convenient, walkable location to downtown restaurants, parks and beautiful scenery. We enjoyed the deck as well and look forward to returning again . Secure parking too!

This unit is ideally located within easy walking of the downtown area. Lots of restaurants and cafes, bars, craft breweries and distilleries. Right on the lake, across from a park gives lots of activities to do. We were not disappointed in any aspect of the unit. Comfortable bed, modern appliances comfy towels. Great view from the balcony. Highly recommend this unit. Lois, our in situ contact was very quick to respond to questions and really helped us out. Thanks Lois.

Lake and town

This property is absolutely lovely, very clean and well designed. It's proximity to the beach and downtown is very convenient. We would stay there again!

Beautiful and Centrally Located Apartment

We enjoyed our stay very much! Management kindly allowed an earlier check-in, and the apartment was clean, cozy, and had every needed amenity. Great views of the lake and for people watching out of the window or on the balcony.

Great place to stay centrally located to the Okanogan Valley. Many restaurants,coffee shops, park across the street. Boardwalk and amazing wineries.

Great central base to visit Kelowna!

Great location, close to the water, across the street from City Park, walking distance to excellent restaurants. The apartment was very clean and well equipped. Property manager responded promptly to all inquiries. We would 100% stay here again.
