Welcome to beautiful Marco Island. This is a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom Florida-style home which sleeps up to 6 people. After spending time at the beach or out on the water, come home to relax in the enclosed, covered lanai, which has a large heated pool, dining area, and living area with outdoor flat screen TV. This home has beach chairs, a beach wagon, bikes, ping-pong, and corn hole. Marco Island is truly paradise.

The house is filled with everything you need for your comfort and convenience, including air conditioning and heating, ceiling fans, free wi-fi, cable, linens, towels and a washer and dryer. You’ve also got beach essentials, like beach towels, beach chairs, cooler and umbrella for that short walk to the silken white sands, and turquoise ocean of Tigertail Beach, which is famous for its mesmerizing sunsets and an endless array of watersports. Wade through tidepools in search of colorful shells. Go snorkeling or try stand-up paddle boarding. Or lie back and do nothing but listen to the sound of breaking waves backed by a chorus of seagulls.

We loved our stay! The location was wonderful, and easy to bike to Tigertail Beach! The pool was gorgeous and spacious and lined up for maximum Florida sunshine. The kitchen was well equipped and the beds were comfortable! We would certainly stay there again. The communication with the rental company was easy and effective!

Everything was quite clean and the backyard patio area was a dream. Entire area covered with a lanai including outdoor couches, TV and seating area. Perfect for relaxing in the mornings and evenings. The pool was clean and well maintained. We rode bikes all over the island that were provided by the rental. Great location.

Clean house! Under-house and pool area very inviting. Marco Island , however is the reason for fewer stars. National wildlife curtailed our usual exploration of the Big Cypress/Turner River road area. Drought conditions everywhere. Tigertail area for parking and etc. has definitely gone downhill since our last visit to the area. Very sad to see it.

This house was very well appointed and comfortable.

We really loved this vacation. The house was perfect for our needs. We enjoyed lots of pool time, played games and just chilled! Of course, the golf and fishing did not disappoint. We would love to rent this property again!

Perfect Beach Getaway

The house was everything as was described. The close proximity to the beach access allowed us to bike there everyday. The neighborhood was great for my husband to run and I enjoyed walking to the coffee shop every morning. We enjoyed all the amenities (heated pool, bikes, ping pong and outdoor living space). Would definitely stay here again.

We came as a nice place to enjoy the gulf while also being a short distance from the Everglades. A thirteen hour drive was worth it when met with a beautiful home and private pool.

House was perfect. We unfortunately travelled to Southwest Florida during a prolonged cold spell. The first day, the house would not warm up over 60degrees. The management company went above and beyond to help rectify the situation, including dropping off a space heater. The temp was much better in a couple of hours. We did not get to use the pool as it was too cold, but it looked beautiful. Beds were comfy and the kitchen was well stocked. Thanks for sharing your home with us. Would definitely recommend!

Great sister vacation get away

Great location to stay and enjoy a walk or quick drive to tigertail beach to look for shells, walk/run, relax and read and catch a beautiful sunset. Close to any number of restaurants/shops. Definitely a home away from home feel- so many thoughtful amenities! Although the pool was heated, it was a bit too cool for us to want to use it this time around. Highly recommend this house for a girls trip or family vacation!

Our family of five (two adults and three kids) had a wonderful stay at this home. The main highlights of the house include: plenty of space, extremely clean, a truly heated pool, stocked with all kitchen supplies needed to cook, bikes available to ride, all beach supplies needed for a day at the beach and all communication with the rental company was seamless. The house is about a mile from the parking at Tigertail Beach. The house has wagons, chairs, coolers, kids toys, boogie boards, umbrellas and a few other things that are all available to use. Just pack up your car and park at the Tigertail lot. With the help of the wagons, you can get all the stuff down to the beach. We also spent a lot of time hanging at the pool where there is also a sitting area and outdoor tv. The kids loved playing and watching March Madness in between the swimming. I should note the house had plenty of beach towels, kitchen supplies, bathroom supplies (soap, shampoo, etc) and other house cleaning items. They really made it easy to just show up and not have to worry about so many small things. The neighborhood around this house is also stunning. We biked, ran and walked all around. It was super safe and very serene. You are also very close to shops and restaurants. Finally, all communication concerning the house was so easy and seamless.I truly encourage anyone going to Marco Island to stay at this house!

We have 3 active teenagers and this is a perfect location. We used the pool daily, ping pong and drove to the beach. The beach is walkable, but as others have said, once you arrive, you have to walk 10 more mins from the parking lot. We didn’t mind, but just prepare. The house has a wagon, cooler, umbrellas, chairs, etc. It’s says close to Hideaway beach, but that’s a private club. We went to Tigertail and South Marco just once.The kitchen is fully stocked! I love to cook and there was truly everything in regards to cookware and leftover containers.The only negative is the bikes all needed air in the tires. There was a note in the garage that if bikes need care, there’s a bike shop nearby. We had a rental car, but we also rented a golf cart for a couple of days to get around which was a lot of fun. The rental agency was highly responsive as we did have questions that were quickly resolved.
