In a quiet and family residence, close to the city center and the university, the Mamray apartment is the ideal setting for a stay with family, friends, for a weekend, a week or for work.
This 55m² apartment has:
A first bedroom with a double bed,
A second bedroom with a double bed,
A lounge television area with a double sofa bed,
A fully equipped dining kitchen (hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, oven, Nespresso coffee maker, kettle, toaster)
A bathroom with shower,
A separate toilet.
The apartment also has a washing machine.
The apartment is on the raised ground floor, you will have to take 5 steps to access the accommodation.
All the accommodation will be yours. Always in the spirit of satisfying you at best during your stay:

However, it is up to you to clean and put away the dishes, take down the trash cans, empty the fridge, freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave as well as tidy up inside the apartment. If you do not want to take care of this, you can order a supplement called "complete cleaning" of the apartment before your arrival for 30 euros. In the absence of prior reservation of this option, and in the event of non-compliance with these instructions, penalties of €60 for cleaning costs will be invoiced to you.
A signature of a digital contract as well as your ID, via the Yaago platform, will be requested after booking, as well as information for the police file, in accordance with the regulations in force.
