Comfort with Great Location and Views

Waterside South is a secure condo complex surrounded by water. There's plenty to do on-site and it's only 15 minutes by car to downtown St Petersburg. The condo is well-outfitted. The small washer/dryer is especially convenient. There is a sunny, south-facing balcony overlooking a canal with views out to Little Bayou.

Great time in Florida

The condo is very spacious and well laid out. The views from the veranda at sunset are to die for! We really enjoyed all our time in Florida. Thanks.

Enjoy the gated, safe, and clean complex.

Comfortable condo w great sunset views. Had all the essentials for my 3 month stay. The amenities are an added bonus.. There is constant upkeep in keeping the area beautiful. Unfortunately this did involve some construction going on to balconies during my stay. As someone who works nights it was disturbing at times. It’s necessary work tho. My only recommendation would be black out curtains for us night shift workers or those who like to sleep in.

Great condo - plenty of essentials provided!

Had an issue with property not being cleaned when we arrived but had to make one call and it was taken care of. Great property right on water!!!

Week-end getaway

We stayed at the property with another couple. The four of us had a wonderful time. The Bay view was marvelous and made the stay a wonderful relaxing visit. The property was spotless and was fully equipped with any and everything you could possibly need!!! Great Stay! Strongly recommend.

Relax and enjoy

Absolutely no issues which is all you can hope for on vacation. Very clean, modern, great location, plenty of amenities Good communication with owner. Would definitely recommend to friends and family . Thank you Christina for sharing your condo.

Very Excellent Place

The unit was excellent and it was like being in paradise. Enjoyed sunrises and sunsets. Condo was clean and well supplied. Can’t wait until we visit again.

Beware! Owner does not follow HOA rules.

Nice place and community but owner did not follow HOA rules. Needed gate pass for entire stay but property management did not want to give us one because owner rented out the condo without following rules such as background checks and pet policy. Beware!

A peaceful escape

From making the reservation to checkout, the entire process and stay went smoothly. The location is a hidden paradise. Christina was a great communicator. The unit was perfectly located with a gorgeous water view. The unit was well stocked. It could not have been a better escape for my family. Our sincere gratitude to Christina!

Quick get away

Our stay was very nice, property was very clean and comfortable. Beautiful view, we were able to see the fireworks across the bay from our balcony.Would stay here again.
