Surrounded by white interior and tasteful furnishings, this lovely flat is set in the heart of the 6th Arrondissement and within walking distance to many top Lyon's attractions!

Relax in the bright living room which features a plush sofa facing a large flat-screen cable TV. There are huge windows that line the space which brightens the room.

The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances and cutleries you’ll need to whip up a delicious meal including a stove, a microwave, and a fridge. If you fancy dining in, there's also a dining area for 2 where you can grab your meals with loved ones.

The bedroom contains a double bed complete with an ensuite. Upon arrival, complimentary hotel-quality linens will be provided to ensure you'll have a pleasant sleep.

The ensuite has all the essentials you’ll need to freshen up such as a bathtub with an attached shower, a separate toilet, and a sink. Fresh towels and free toiletries will also be supplied for your convenience.

The 6th arrondissement fans out from the riverside Parc de la Tête d’Or, popular with families for its lake and Lyon Zoo. Offbeat art installations fill the Musée d’Art Contemporain, while antiques shops and boutiques line upscale Cours Vitton. Leafy Avenue du Maréchal Foch is overlooked by imposing beaux-arts mansions, with bouchon bistros serving traditional fare in nearby streets.

Often described as the chicest district of Lyon, the area is surrounded by wide avenues (Boulevard des Belges, Rue Duquesne, Avenue Foch ...) lined with beautiful buildings and mansions with a view of the Parc de la Tête d'Or. It is also a shopping district, mainly around Cours Vitton.

My flat is easily accessible by various public transportation, the easiest is by train!

The nearest train station is Foch Metro - 3 mins away on foot. There's also the Part Dieu Station just 15 mins walk from the flat.

From both of these stations, you can go to various places in or on the outskirts of Lyon!

Lyon-Saint Exupéry Airport is 30 mins drive from the flat.

This is a self-check-in property and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check-in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (14:00 on the day).

If you require additional cleans/ linens during your stay for a fee, please contact us. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum.
Small pets are allowed for an additional fee, payable at the time of booking. Please be mindful that their presence should not disrupt future stays or disturb our neighbors. Guests are responsible for removing any pet hair from the property, and we reserve the right to charge for additional cleaning or any pet-related damage.
