Private beach access across the street. Have a drink on the balcony and listen to the waves at night from the best at Laketown wharf in Panama City Beach Florida. You must be 21 years old and have a valid ID when you check-in.

We would like to Honor our Military, First Responders, Law Enforcment, Correctional Officers, Sheriffs Deputy’s, Highway Patrol, Security Personnel, Nurses, Doctors, Teachers and Firefighters. Ask about your free gift after you have secured your booking. THANK YOU for all you do in our community’s .

Carpet and padding through out our place and balcony recently cleaned and painted. You will need to purchase the RFID wristbands at the security desk. This will cost about $118 for (8) wristbands. Only 8 wristbands can be purchased for the rental of our accommodation. The wristbands must be worn while at the resort.

Memorial weekend 2022

We enjoyed our stay. When we arrived we were excited at how spacious, clean and contemporary the condo was. The owner was super helpful and easy to deal with from the time of booking untile we checked out. The easy access to the beach and the drinks from Pineapple Willy's across the street were the perfect combination.

The property manager was amazing! He was very kind, incredibly helpful, and always responded immediately. I would definitely book with him again. The property was also great! It was beautiful and very relaxing. It was hard to leave!! I would highly recommend!

Ah-mazing!

The pictures simply do not do this condo justice. The views are immaculate, the rooms are beautiful and the host was very friendly and attentive. My sisters and I went here for a girls trip and it did not disappoint. Great location as well. Thank you Matt for such a wonderful experience. We will definitely be back!

3 couple getaway

We hadn’t had our normal 3 couple getaway in several years. And since none of us had really gone anywhere due to Covid, we decided to plan a trip. I searched many many beaches and vacation rentals all over Florida. We really wanted to have 3 king beds and 3 bathrooms for our group. This particular place had everything we desired: space, location, turquoise waters, gorgeous white beaches and spectacular views. Matt was able to arrange for our earlier check in which was much appreciated. The unit was great! A few small things were not clean or restocked, but we gave forgiveness for this because we had checked in early. Again, we were most grateful for that! Matt was extremely responsive and ever so polite and helpful! We appreciated that the condo itself was very quiet. Updated. And luxurious! The building could be a bit better. The elevators are rough and likely need to be updated. (No fault of Matt’s though). A quick walk to the beach was great! We could rent our beach chairs for $35/day. That was nice not to have to haul things everywhere. With Walmart just behind the building, was easy to run over and get what we needed. Updated appliances, beautiful bathrooms, spacious bedrooms, wash/dryer, fantastic balcony. All these things made our stay amazing!! We will plan to return!! Thank you so much Matt!!

Last Minute Booking

I booked this unit at the last minute. Our scheduled trip had to be cancelled due to Hurricane Delta. The owner made this as easy as possible and was very accommodating! He stayed in touch regularly to make sure everything was going well! The unit was clean and very comfortable. We would definitely book with them again!

Great Condo

The condo was amazing! Very clean and well stocked! However, there is lots of traffic, busy area and kind of not so family friendly because of the young crowd! But we thoroughly enjoyed our stay!
